【摘要】：在建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的過程中,提升農(nóng)村人力資源資本化具有非常重要的意義,其不但能夠加快農(nóng)村地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,還能夠有效地提高國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)水平。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)農(nóng)村人力資源存在總量過多而人力資本不足的矛盾,嚴(yán)重地影響了農(nóng)村地區(qū)的快速發(fā)展。筆者認(rèn)為導(dǎo)致這一問題出現(xiàn)的主要原因在于農(nóng)村地區(qū)的教育投入嚴(yán)重不足和政府職能沒有充分發(fā)揮。在本文中,筆者將對(duì)農(nóng)村人力資源資本化的效應(yīng)展開深入分析,探討影響農(nóng)村人力資源資本化的有關(guān)因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的疏導(dǎo)機(jī)制,為提升我國(guó)農(nóng)村人力資源的資本化程度提供有價(jià)值的參考資料。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a new socialist countryside, it is of great significance to promote the capitalization of rural human resources, which can not only accelerate the economic development of rural areas. It can also effectively improve the level of the national economy. At present, there is a contradiction that the total amount of human resources in our country is excessive and the human capital is insufficient. Seriously affected the rapid development of rural areas. The author believes that the main reason for this problem lies in the serious shortage of education investment in rural areas and the government function has not been fully played. In this paper. The author will carry on the thorough analysis to the rural human resources capitalization effect, discusses the related factor which affects the rural human resources capitalization, and puts forward the corresponding dredging mechanism on this basis. To promote the capitalization of rural human resources in China to provide valuable reference materials.
