【摘要】:移動(dòng)互聯(lián)時(shí)代,組織中的核心競爭力是在競爭中取得持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)的源泉,人力資源管理正是組織塑造核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵。薪酬管理作為人力資源管理中的一項(xiàng)重要的內(nèi)容,有利于提高企業(yè)工作效率,對(duì)于中國教育培訓(xùn)產(chǎn)業(yè)中最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ挠⒄Z培訓(xùn)學(xué)校,二線教師的薪酬與激勵(lì)的研究亦是至關(guān)重要。本文以w英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校教師為研究對(duì)象,以調(diào)查問卷的形式收集教師對(duì)職業(yè)薪資現(xiàn)狀、職業(yè)晉升渠道、培訓(xùn)管理等方面的意見、建議和評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理分析法等研究方法,對(duì)國內(nèi)外薪酬理論,激勵(lì)機(jī)制理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)、提煉和歸納,以雙因素激勵(lì)理論來解決W英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校教師激勵(lì)機(jī)制管理工作中的實(shí)際問題,為w英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校教師薪酬激勵(lì)機(jī)制管理提供了一定的參考和借鑒。本文在雙因素激勵(lì)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實(shí)際工作對(duì)w英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校教師薪酬激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究,通過研究分析同類型英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校薪酬激勵(lì)機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀及W英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校薪酬激勵(lì)機(jī)制存在的問題,針對(duì)性的提出完善薪酬激勵(lì)機(jī)制的對(duì)策,重視W英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校教師薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)、績效考評(píng)工作以及拓寬培訓(xùn)晉升渠道等多個(gè)方面,最大限度地調(diào)動(dòng)W英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校教師工作積極性、穩(wěn)定人員結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)揮W英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校教師教研主力軍的作用,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)W英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。通過此次研究能對(duì)W英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校薪酬激勵(lì)機(jī)制的完善提供參考依據(jù),同時(shí)也為英語培訓(xùn)行業(yè)的薪酬激勵(lì)的建立開辟一個(gè)新的思路。
[Abstract]:The mobile Internet era, the core competitiveness of the organization is the source of sustainable competitive advantage in the competition, human resource management is the core competitiveness of the key building organization. Compensation management is an important content of human resource management, improve enterprise efficiency, Chinese for education and training industry the most potential English training school, study on salary and incentive of teachers is also a crucial second.
