【摘要】：現代經濟快速發(fā)展,每個人對于個性和時尚的追求越來越高,在這樣的時代背景下,黑茶作為一種古老的工藝,反而在競爭激烈的現代社會中得到許多人的青睞,成為許多人喜愛的飲品。黑茶的大量需求,自然導致大量黑茶企業(yè)的出現,但是由于茶葉的制作是一項傳統(tǒng)工藝,很多制茶企業(yè)的管理模式還是按照傳統(tǒng)的方式,而這樣的管理方式卻并不適應瞬息萬變的現代社會,黑茶企業(yè)如何進行人力資源管理,是很多黑茶企業(yè)目前迫切需要解決的問題。本文從黑茶企業(yè)和人力資源管理說起,分析黑茶企業(yè)人力資源管理的現狀,深度剖析黑茶企業(yè)在人力資源管理中存在的問題,并且提出解決對策。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of modern economy, everyone for individuality and the pursuit of fashion is more and more high, in this background, as a kind of ancient tea process, but many people favor in the fierce competition in the modern society, many people become a popular drink. A large demand of black tea, naturally led to the emergence of a large number of tea enterprises but, because the tea production is a traditional process, many tea enterprises management mode or in the traditional way, and this management mode is not adapt to the fast changing modern society, where tea enterprises such as human resource management, is a lot of tea enterprises are urgent problems to be solved. This paper start from the management of black tea the enterprise and human resources, analysis of the current situation of human resource management of tea enterprises, in-depth analysis of existing in human resource management in tea enterprises, and put forward the solution Countermeasures.
