【摘要】：工程教育改革是一個(gè)全球性的時(shí)代主題。女性工程科技人才是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要人力資源,但是,在傳統(tǒng)性別文化的社會(huì)情境中,創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才性別鴻溝持續(xù)存在。文章在闡明了創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才的性別失衡問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域性別鴻溝產(chǎn)生的性別文化因素,探討了工程教育的性別文化建構(gòu)及其對(duì)女性工程創(chuàng)新能力的影響機(jī)制,提出了構(gòu)建具有性別平等意識(shí)的高等工程教育改革的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:The reform of engineering education is a global theme of the times. Women's engineering and technological talents are important human resources to promote economic and social development. However, in the social context of traditional gender culture, the gender gap of innovative engineering and technology talents persists. Based on the problem of gender imbalance in innovative engineering and technical talent on the analysis of gender culture factors engineering gender divide to produce, discusses the gender culture construction engineering education and its influence mechanism on innovation ability of women in engineering, put forward the construction of countermeasures and suggestions on the reform of higher engineering education for gender equality awareness the.
