【摘要】：正人力資源預(yù)算是人力資源部門根據(jù)歷史及當(dāng)前的人力資源成本狀況,結(jié)合企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)下一年度人員需求和成本費(fèi)用進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),通過人力資源預(yù)算編制指導(dǎo)人力資源管理工作的開展,合理控制人工成本。人力資源預(yù)算是企業(yè)人力資源規(guī)劃落實(shí)的重要保障,同時(shí)也因涉及內(nèi)容繁雜、影響因素廣泛、部門協(xié)調(diào)溝通多,以及費(fèi)用的敏感性和不確定性,對(duì)人力資源從業(yè)者提出了較大挑戰(zhàn)。筆者在實(shí)踐總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,就企業(yè)如何開展人力資源預(yù)算工作進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)介紹。
[Abstract]:Is the human resources budget is the human resource department according to the history and current situation of human resource cost, combined with the enterprise development strategy, to forecast the demand and cost of the next year, through the human resources budget guiding the development of human resources management, reasonable control of labor cost. Human resource budgeting is an important guarantee for the implementation of enterprise human resource planning. At the same time, it also poses a great challenge to the practitioners of human resources because of its complicated contents, wide influence factors, coordination and communication among departments, and the sensitivity and uncertainty of costs. On the basis of the summary of the practice, the author makes a systematic introduction of how to carry out the work of human resource budget by enterprises.
