【摘要】：人力資源部門在企業(yè)中擔(dān)負(fù)很大責(zé)任,在企業(yè)人力資源管理工作中占據(jù)核心地位。要為企業(yè)從眾多的應(yīng)聘者中篩選人才、引進(jìn)人才,從而為企業(yè)塑造良好的人才基礎(chǔ),創(chuàng)造更大的價(jià)值。然而現(xiàn)階段,人力資源部門在企業(yè)中的地位很尷尬,經(jīng)常被企業(yè)高層忽視。作為企業(yè)的重要組成力量,人力資源部門想要在企業(yè)中發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢、體現(xiàn)自己的主體價(jià)值,就需要根據(jù)實(shí)際發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,找準(zhǔn)其在企業(yè)人力資源管理工作中的職能定位。本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中人力資源部門面臨的困境,分析探討人力資源部門在企業(yè)人力資源管理中的職能定位問題,希望能為有關(guān)部門提供參考。
[Abstract]:The human resources department takes great responsibility in the enterprise and occupies the core position in the human resource management of the enterprise. It is necessary for enterprises to select and introduce talents from many candidates, so as to create a good talent base for enterprises and create greater value. However, at this stage, the status of human resources departments in the enterprise is very embarrassing, often ignored by the enterprise. As an important component of the enterprise, the human resources department wants to play its own advantages and embody its main value in the enterprise, so it is necessary to locate its function in the human resource management based on the actual development. Combined with the difficulties faced by the human resources department in modern enterprises, this paper analyzes and discusses the function orientation of human resources department in the human resource management of enterprises, hoping to provide references for the relevant departments.
