【摘要】：人類對(duì)海洋的過度開發(fā)導(dǎo)致海洋漁業(yè)產(chǎn)量日益下降,現(xiàn)代化漁業(yè)采用先進(jìn)有效的技術(shù)對(duì)保持漁業(yè)資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有非常重要的作用。本文闡釋了中國當(dāng)前在漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展中的問題,指出了在漁業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中應(yīng)用北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的必要性。通過總結(jié)現(xiàn)有國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),分析了我國漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展中的三個(gè)主要問題,介紹了北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,并在此基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航在漁船安全生產(chǎn)保障系統(tǒng)、漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)以及漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)中的作用展開論述,實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)以其高精度、低成本、全天時(shí)、全天候、同時(shí)具備短報(bào)文通信功能等特點(diǎn),在現(xiàn)代海洋漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用中有著不可替代的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The overexploitation of the ocean by human beings leads to the decline of the output of marine fishery. The adoption of advanced and effective technology in modern fisheries plays a very important role in maintaining the sustainable development of fishery resources. This paper explains the problems in the development of fishery production in China at present, and points out the necessity of applying Beidou satellite navigation system in the process of fishery modernization. By summing up the existing relevant research literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzes on three main problems in the development of fishery production in China, and introduces the advantages and disadvantages of Beidou satellite navigation system. On this basis, the role of Beidou satellite navigation in fishing vessel safety and production guarantee system, fishery production service system and fishery production monitoring and management system is discussed. The practical application shows that Beidou satellite navigation system has high accuracy. Low cost, all-day, all-weather, and short message communication function have irreplaceable advantages in modern marine fishery production and application.
