【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展，當(dāng)今世界的科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展趨向也日益接近，以致各行業(yè)的市場競爭日益激烈。在如今局勢下，我國企業(yè)原來的以勞動力成本低廉為特點的優(yōu)勢已經(jīng)逐漸減弱，顧客更加開始注重對產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)的要求。因此，各企業(yè)間為了能在激烈競爭中取得成功，他們開始重視企業(yè)內(nèi)部的質(zhì)量管理。因為企業(yè)如果想要在如今競爭激烈的環(huán)境中生存下去，必須重新審視質(zhì)量管理在企業(yè)中的地位以及質(zhì)量管理對企業(yè)的作用，如何做好企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理是企業(yè)面對競爭挑戰(zhàn)必須認(rèn)真思考的問題。換言之，質(zhì)量管理對于現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的發(fā)展有著非常重要作用。目前質(zhì)量管理的發(fā)展雖然已經(jīng)進入了全面質(zhì)量管理階段，但在我國大多數(shù)企業(yè)中，成本管理、資金管理和質(zhì)量管理仍然是企業(yè)管理的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。一個企業(yè)如何才能提高自身素質(zhì)，提升產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的質(zhì)量，如何才能夠在競爭中生存和發(fā)展下去？健全的、有效的質(zhì)量體系是實現(xiàn)這些的首要條件，并且企業(yè)要保證質(zhì)量體系在實際運營過程中能夠得到有效的實施，使全面質(zhì)量管理能夠發(fā)揮其本身的作用，從而達到提高企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理水平的目的。 本文采用理論聯(lián)系實際的方法，以CG公司在光學(xué)鏡片生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量改進方法為例對六西格瑪質(zhì)量管理方法進行詮釋。希望可以籍此更加全面推行六西格瑪理念，加強CG公司的質(zhì)量管理水平，也更加健全CG公司的質(zhì)量體系。CG公司成立于2012年4月，，主營業(yè)務(wù)制作LED燈具配件，以五金件、塑膠件、LENS等為主。CG公司的前身BD電線制品廠，它在電線制造業(yè)界是有名的，其產(chǎn)品份額曾占美國著名M公司該產(chǎn)品市場總額度的70%。因為公司業(yè)務(wù)的變更及集團公司業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，CG公司從之前集團中獨立出來另辟天地，成為原公司LED制造部份的物料供應(yīng)商。BD公司成立于1984年，屬于港資企業(yè)，公司引進了許多海外員工，如臺灣、日本、美國等，經(jīng)歷了20多年的磨練，它已具備完整的質(zhì)量體系，獲得ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO13485、TS16949等質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證。 CG公司如今繼續(xù)延用BD公司的質(zhì)量體系，在生產(chǎn)過程中堅持采用全面質(zhì)量管理的方法進行生產(chǎn)，不同的是由以人為主要勞動力轉(zhuǎn)為以機器為主要勞動力，關(guān)于本文對于光學(xué)鏡片的詳細(xì)質(zhì)量管理過程及改進方法詳見文中各章節(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, the development trend of science and technology in the world is getting closer and closer, so that the market competition of various industries is becoming more and more fierce. In today's situation, the original advantages of Chinese enterprises characterized by low labor costs have gradually weakened, and customers began to pay more attention to the requirements of product quality. Therefore, in order to succeed in the fierce competition, they began to attach importance to the quality management within the enterprise. Because if enterprises want to survive in today's competitive environment, they must re-examine the position of quality management in enterprises and the role of quality management in enterprises. How to do a good job of enterprise quality management is a problem that enterprises must seriously think about in the face of competitive challenges. In other words, quality management plays a very important role in the development of modern enterprises. At present, although the development of quality management has entered the stage of total quality management, cost management, fund management and quality management are still the weak links in most enterprises in our country. How can an enterprise improve its own quality and improve the quality of products and services, and how can it survive and develop in the competition? A sound and effective quality system is the first condition to achieve these, and enterprises should ensure that the quality system can be effectively implemented in the actual operation process, so that total quality management can play its own role. So as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality management level of enterprises. In this paper, the six Sigma quality management method is interpreted by using the method of combining theory with practice and taking the quality improvement method of CG Company in the production process of optical lens as an example. It is hoped that we can carry out the six Sigma concept more comprehensively, strengthen the quality management level of CG Company, and improve the quality system of CG Company. CG Company was founded in April 2012, mainly engaged in the production of LED lamps and lanterns accessories, with hardware parts. Plastic parts, LENS, etc. CG predecessor BD wire products factory, it is famous in the wire manufacturing industry, its product share once accounted for 70% of the total market quota of the famous M company in the United States. Due to the change of the company's business and the adjustment of the business structure of the group company, CG Company has become a material supplier in the LED manufacturing part of the original company because of the change of the company's business and the adjustment of the business structure of the group company. BD company was founded in 1984 and belongs to Hong Kong-funded enterprises. The company has introduced many overseas employees, such as Taiwan, Japan, the United States and so on, after more than 20 years of training, it has a complete quality system, ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO13485,TS16949 and other quality system certification. CG continues to use BD's quality system and adheres to the method of total quality management in the production process, except that it has changed from people-oriented labor force to machine-based labor force.
