【摘要】：在我國邊境貿(mào)易快速發(fā)展進程中,受貿(mào)易雙方法律意識淡薄、灰色清關(guān)等負面因素影響,邊境貿(mào)易糾紛日益增多。一方面,訴訟、仲裁與調(diào)解協(xié)調(diào)等邊境貿(mào)易糾紛解決機制本身存在諸多缺陷,另一方面,由于司法合作機制不健全,各種糾紛解決機制存在無法適用的問題�；谶@種狀況,必須著力創(chuàng)新邊境貿(mào)易糾紛解決機制,在完善已有解決途徑、解決灰色清關(guān)頑疾、加強雙邊司法交流等方面作出努力。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid development of border trade in China, border trade disputes are increasing day by day due to the negative factors such as weak legal consciousness of both sides of trade and grey customs clearance. On the one hand, there are many defects in the dispute settlement mechanism of border trade, such as litigation, arbitration and mediation coordination. On the other hand, due to the imperfect judicial cooperation mechanism, various dispute resolution mechanisms can not be applied. Based on this situation, we must make great efforts to innovate the dispute resolution mechanism of border trade, improve the existing solutions, solve the problem of grey customs clearance, and strengthen the bilateral judicial exchange.
