【摘要】：本系統(tǒng)是基于先進(jìn)的軟件和高速大容量的硬件基礎(chǔ)上的新的人力資源管理模式,通過(guò)集中式的信息庫(kù)、自動(dòng)處理信息、員工自助服務(wù)、外協(xié)以及服務(wù)共享,達(dá)到降低成本、提高效率、改進(jìn)員工服務(wù)模式的目的。 系統(tǒng)采用ASP.NET2.0+IIS技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用SQL Server2005,部署運(yùn)行在windows XP系統(tǒng)上。本系統(tǒng)采用管理員制管理,系統(tǒng)功能應(yīng)包含人事信息管理、考勤信息管理、工資信息管理、培訓(xùn)信息管理、招聘信息管理、報(bào)表信息管理等相關(guān)信息的管理功能,同時(shí)對(duì)以上這些功能要實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的添加、刪除、修改、查詢、等相關(guān)功能。本系統(tǒng)界面的界面也有相應(yīng)的要求,要盡量做到簡(jiǎn)潔、易用,在盡可能的遵照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的基礎(chǔ)上,同時(shí)考慮界面的美觀和新穎的性質(zhì)。 根據(jù)具體的需求分析的指導(dǎo),論文中首先設(shè)計(jì)了整體方案、各子系統(tǒng)分別的方案和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理的方案。然后,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況出發(fā),論文中列出了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)必須遵循的軟件和硬件的條件。在概要設(shè)計(jì)階段,論文中用流程圖的形式闡明了各個(gè)功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段,對(duì)每一個(gè)模塊給出了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。最后,論文給出了系統(tǒng)整體測(cè)試的結(jié)果,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了全面的總結(jié)。 本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了人力資源管理的自動(dòng)化,為管理的決策層提供了準(zhǔn)確、精細(xì)、迅速的人力資源信息。本系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用不僅僅改進(jìn)了管理方式、優(yōu)化了企業(yè)人力資源管理,更是革新了企業(yè)的人力資源管理理念,全面提高了企業(yè)內(nèi)部的運(yùn)行效率和管理水平,增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:This system is based on advanced software and high speed and large capacity of hardware, the new human resource management mode, through centralized information base, automatic processing of information, employee self-service, outsourcing and service sharing, to achieve cost reduction, Improve the efficiency, improve the purpose of employee service model. The system is implemented by ASP.NET2.0 IIS technology, and the database is deployed by SQL Server2005, to run on the windows XP system. The system adopts administrator system management, and the system functions should include the management functions of personnel information management, attendance information management, salary information management, training information management, recruitment information management, report information management and other related information management functions. At the same time to the above functions to achieve data addition, deletion, modification, query, and other related functions. The interface of the system also has the corresponding requirements, should be as simple as possible, easy to use, as far as possible in accordance with the basis of standardization, while considering the beauty and novelty of the interface. According to the guidance of specific requirement analysis, this paper first designs the whole scheme, the scheme of each subsystem and the scheme of database management. Then, according to the actual situation, the paper lists the software and hardware conditions that must be followed in the implementation of the system. In the phase of summary design, the realization process of each function module is explained by flow chart. In the detailed design phase, the detailed design of each module is given. Finally, the paper gives the test results of the whole system, and makes a comprehensive summary of the whole paper. This system realizes the automation of human resource management, and provides accurate, precise and rapid human resource information for the decision-making level of management. The application of this system not only improves the management mode, optimizes the human resource management of the enterprise, but also innovates the concept of the human resource management of the enterprise, and improves the operation efficiency and management level of the enterprise in an all-round way. Enhanced the core competitiveness of enterprises.
