富迪超市進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】：現(xiàn)代科技應(yīng)用普及大大超乎人類想象,從而導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)模、范圍得到迅速擴(kuò)大,高效率的數(shù)據(jù)處理,管理、通信、計算機(jī)科學(xué)等理論知識的發(fā)展為信息技術(shù)的提高提供了基礎(chǔ),同時也為超市信息化提供了理論和技術(shù)支持。管理信息系統(tǒng)(Management Information Systems)已深入到各個領(lǐng)域。本進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式來實現(xiàn)公司進(jìn)銷存信息管理系統(tǒng),確保公司內(nèi)部上下層和各部門之間的信息能夠及時有效地流通,進(jìn)而確保數(shù)據(jù)一致。后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用SQL Server 2005進(jìn)行設(shè)計。前臺界面采用Sun公司的NetBeans IDE 6.7進(jìn)行開發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)的核心是物流管理,它使用于超市、專賣店甚至虛擬電子商務(wù),根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的需求分析,超市應(yīng)當(dāng)從人、財、物三個方面對其自身進(jìn)行管理,對應(yīng)抽象出來3個子系統(tǒng):物流管理子系統(tǒng)、財務(wù)管理子系統(tǒng)、人員管理子系統(tǒng),這也是本系統(tǒng)的三個主要功能模塊,其中物流子系統(tǒng)包含調(diào)拔、分析統(tǒng)計、進(jìn)貨、庫存、銷售并且為其余兩個子系統(tǒng)提供信息服務(wù)。整個系統(tǒng)的核心是物流子系統(tǒng),它扮演著十分重要的角色。同時,系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)、數(shù)據(jù)備份也是信息管理系統(tǒng)必不可少的功能模塊。基礎(chǔ)維護(hù)、進(jìn)貨管理、銷售管理是本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)主要用途。管理以各種單據(jù)形式表現(xiàn)。此外,該系統(tǒng)還具有如下特點:首先,采用分類辦法來管理企業(yè)中的商品。超市對貨架商品進(jìn)行自行編碼,編碼按大類、中類、小類的形式進(jìn)行,可以根據(jù)大類、中類、小類進(jìn)行逐層檢索。大大的提高了檢索以及商品管理的效率。其次,在以往的進(jìn)銷存基礎(chǔ)上融入了財務(wù)管理。庫存管理部分除了對商品數(shù)量的統(tǒng)計更新以外,還增加了庫存成本的管理。同時將庫存管理與銷售管理相聯(lián)系,給利潤的計算帶來了方便。最后,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了信息系統(tǒng)的安全性。該系統(tǒng)不僅能讓通過身份驗證的用戶使用系統(tǒng),而且還可以根據(jù)用戶的不同身份,分配用戶不同的操作,這樣系統(tǒng)的安全性和保密性才可以得到保障。
[Abstract]:The popularity of modern scientific and technological applications is far beyond human imagination, leading to the rapid expansion of the scale and scope of the network, efficient data processing, management, communication, The development of theoretical knowledge, such as computer science, provides the foundation for the improvement of information technology, and also provides theoretical and technical support for the informatization of supermarkets. Management Information system (Management Information Systems) has penetrated into various fields. The system adopts the B / S model to realize the information management system, which ensures the information between the upper and lower layers of the company and between the departments can flow in time and effectively, and then ensures the data consistency. The background database is designed with SQL Server 2005. The front interface is developed by NetBeans IDE 6.7 of Sun Company. The core of the system is logistics management, which is used in supermarkets, specialty stores and even virtual electronic commerce. According to the needs analysis of the system, the supermarket should manage itself from three aspects: people, money and goods. Three subsystems are abstracted: logistics management subsystem, financial management subsystem, personnel management subsystem. These are also the three main functional modules of the system, in which the logistics subsystem includes adjusting, analyzing statistics, purchasing goods, inventory, etc. Sell and provide information services for the remaining two subsystems. The core of the whole system is the logistics subsystem, which plays a very important role. At the same time, system setup, data recovery and data backup are essential function modules of information management system. Basic maintenance, purchase management, sales management is the main purpose of this system development. Management is presented in various forms. In addition, the system also has the following characteristics: first, the use of classification to manage the goods in the enterprise. Supermarket carries on the self-coding to the shelf goods, the code according to the big, the middle class, the small class form carries on, may according to the big class, the middle class, the small class carries on the layer by layer retrieval. It greatly improves the efficiency of retrieval and commodity management. Secondly, in the past on the basis of the purchase, sale and storage into the financial management. The inventory management part not only updates the quantity of goods, but also increases the management of inventory cost. At the same time, the inventory management and sales management are linked to the profit calculation. Finally, the security of the information system is further enhanced.
