電力系統(tǒng)大建設(shè)體系下的全壽命周期管理機(jī)制探討
[Abstract]:In order to continuously improve the overall management level, establish modern enterprises and build a world-class power grid, the State Grid Company has begun to build a new management system, in which the construction of "big construction" system will promote the innovation of management system and working mechanism. To change the organizational structure, innovate the management mode, optimize the business process, realize the transformation of the engineering construction management to the coordination and unification, and concentrate on the lean way. In this context, the application of life cycle management is studied in this paper. In this paper, the implementation process, cost management, environmental protection management of the current power grid are summarized, and its characteristics are analyzed, and the deficiencies and areas need to be improved are also found. Then, the (LCC) management of the whole life cycle cost and the whole life cycle analysis of the (LCA), project management (LCPM) are studied and analyzed, and the feasibility and necessity of their implementation are proved based on the analysis of the whole life cycle cost, the whole life cycle analysis and the whole life cycle project management (LCPM). Some concrete suggestions and measures for the application of these methods are put forward. This paper analyzes the calculation methods and steps of the whole life cycle cost of the power network construction project, establishes the mathematical model of the cost calculation of each stage, and forms the complete algorithm of the whole life cycle cost. The characteristics and applications of life cycle analysis are studied, its essential characteristics are summarized, and the current technical methods of environmental impact assessment are studied and analyzed. This paper studies the method of analyzing the environmental impact factors in power grid construction projects by using the life-cycle analysis method, and puts forward some suggestions for establishing the life-cycle management mechanism in the environmental protection work. This paper summarizes the characteristics of life-cycle project management, analyzes its application deeply, and puts forward a new model of goal management, organization management and management mechanism under the whole life cycle project management. In order to popularize and apply the whole life cycle project management in power grid construction management, the concrete measures of organizational change, responsibility division, management integration and change of thinking habits are put forward. This paper also puts forward a new management mode of life cycle management, and analyzes and discusses it. Through the above research and analysis, the application system of life-cycle management is constructed, and a new way of thinking and method for power grid construction management is put forward.
