【摘要】：21世紀(jì),全球能源問(wèn)題日漸緊張,如何節(jié)約能源、保護(hù)環(huán)境、開(kāi)發(fā)新能源成為我國(guó)乃至世界的大問(wèn)題。在我國(guó)日常供暖形式多為燃油及燃煤式,在這種情形下,水源熱泵技術(shù)以節(jié)能和環(huán)保為主要特點(diǎn)的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,水源熱泵技術(shù)是完全符合這些要求的新興空調(diào)技術(shù),適用于我國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)新能源的要求,其主要應(yīng)用于酒店、辦公樓、工業(yè)廠區(qū)等建筑空調(diào)加熱和制冷。 論文以沈水灣污水處理廠的水源熱泵改造項(xiàng)目為基礎(chǔ)研究對(duì)象。通過(guò)案例分析法進(jìn)行研究,針對(duì)沈水灣污水處理廠水源熱泵改造工程項(xiàng)目成本管理的現(xiàn)有狀況、項(xiàng)目成本控制管理的全過(guò)程以及項(xiàng)目成本控制管理所存在的具體問(wèn)題,提出改進(jìn)意見(jiàn),降低整體工程的成本投入。 論文首先通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外成本管理的學(xué)習(xí),運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代管理方法對(duì)水源熱泵改造工程的成本投入進(jìn)行合理有效的管理、控制,從而形成全面成本管理,即全企業(yè)、全員和全過(guò)程的管理。同時(shí)對(duì)水源熱泵改造項(xiàng)目的組成因素、關(guān)鍵因素及影響因素等方面也進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析解讀。通過(guò)對(duì)成本管理的基本理論的分析,敘述水源熱泵改造的基本思路,最后敘述論文的相關(guān)核心概念,并進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。 論文重點(diǎn)是在實(shí)際理論的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)沈水灣污水處理廠水源熱泵改造工程進(jìn)行案例分析,通過(guò)圖表、比較、文獻(xiàn)資料法對(duì)水源熱泵改造工程成本管理中的具體問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)總結(jié)分析,歸納了成本控制管理的實(shí)際情況,并詳細(xì)說(shuō)明沈水灣水源熱泵改造工程成本控制管理方案的設(shè)計(jì)以及實(shí)施過(guò)程,包括工程的投標(biāo)階段、施工準(zhǔn)備階段、實(shí)施階段的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。 最后,論文對(duì)水源熱泵改造工程成本管理方案實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)提出成本管理的改進(jìn)措施,總結(jié)提出沈水灣污水處理廠水源熱泵改造工程成本管理的建議及對(duì)策,希望對(duì)我國(guó)污水處理行業(yè)水源熱泵改造工程的成本管理有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the global energy problem is becoming increasingly tense. How to save energy, protect the environment and develop new energy has become a major problem in China and the world. In our country, most of the daily heating forms are fuel and coal type. In this case, the water-source heat pump technology, which is mainly characterized by energy saving and environmental protection, comes into being. The water-source heat pump technology is a new air conditioning technology that fully meets these requirements. It is suitable for the development of new energy in our country. It is mainly used in heating and cooling of air conditioning in hotels, office buildings, industrial plants and so on. This paper takes the water source heat pump reconstruction project of Shenshuiwan sewage treatment plant as the basic research object. Based on the case study, this paper aims at the existing situation of cost management of water source heat pump retrofit project, the whole process of project cost control management and the concrete problems existing in project cost control management in Shenshuiwan sewage treatment Plant. Put forward the improvement suggestion, reduce the cost input of the whole project. Firstly, through the study of cost management at home and abroad, the paper uses modern management methods to manage and control the cost input of water source heat pump reconstruction project reasonably and effectively, thus forming the overall cost management, that is, the whole enterprise. Staff and process management. At the same time, the composition factors, key factors and influencing factors of water source heat pump reconstruction project are analyzed and interpreted in detail. Through the analysis of the basic theory of cost management, the basic idea of water source heat pump reconstruction is described. Finally, the related core concepts of the paper are described and summarized. Under the guidance of practical theory, the paper focuses on the case analysis of the water source heat pump reconstruction project of Shenshuiwan sewage treatment plant. This paper summarizes and analyzes in detail the specific problems in the cost management of water source heat pump retrofit project by the method of literature, and sums up the actual situation of cost control management. The design and implementation process of the cost control management scheme of the Shenshuiwan water source heat pump retrofit project are described in detail, including the bidding stage, the construction preparation stage and the design process of the implementation stage. Finally, the paper evaluates the effect of cost management scheme of water source heat pump retrofit project, puts forward the improvement measures of cost management, and summarizes the suggestions and countermeasures of cost management of water source heat pump reconstruction project in Shenshuiwan sewage treatment plant. It is hoped that the cost management of water source heat pump reconstruction project in sewage treatment industry in China will be of some reference value.
