金輪科創(chuàng)油淬火鋼絲項(xiàng)目商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)

【摘要】:我國(guó)的紡織工業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有重要的地位。紡織工業(yè)在長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展過(guò)程中,積累了很多了許多矛盾和問(wèn)題。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)紡織工業(yè)的發(fā)展,由規(guī)模擴(kuò)張向技術(shù)進(jìn)步、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)高技術(shù)性能裝備的需求將明顯增長(zhǎng),需要配套高品質(zhì)的核心梳理元件——彈性針布,而直接決定彈性針布質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的是鋼絲。目前高質(zhì)量的彈性針布鋼絲已經(jīng)被比利時(shí)貝卡爾特公司壟斷,該公司已經(jīng)向下游產(chǎn)品發(fā)展,從原來(lái)的供應(yīng)合作關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)入市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系,其不可預(yù)見(jiàn)的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)明顯增加,而國(guó)內(nèi)彈性針布鋼絲生產(chǎn)廠的技術(shù)進(jìn)步速度無(wú)法滿足行業(yè)龍頭老大——金輪科創(chuàng)公司產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展。本文從金輪科創(chuàng)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展角度出發(fā),針對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)彈性針布鍍鋅鋼絲表面粗糙低,產(chǎn)品水平低檔,在充分利用本公司現(xiàn)有鋼絲加工工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)組織實(shí)施油淬火鋼絲項(xiàng)目,自制滿足公司產(chǎn)品需要且達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的彈性針布鋼絲,以降低公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。 油淬火鋼絲是彈簧鋼絲中的高檔產(chǎn)品,由于拉絲與熱處理生產(chǎn)線投資大,生產(chǎn)工藝復(fù)雜、質(zhì)量控制難度大且對(duì)設(shè)備與操作人員的技術(shù)要求較高,一直未能實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)產(chǎn)化生產(chǎn)。本論文以“市場(chǎng)前景分析→項(xiàng)目預(yù)算→項(xiàng)目建設(shè)→人員培訓(xùn)→項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)→效益評(píng)價(jià)”為主線,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論、項(xiàng)目管理理論、成本管理理論、會(huì)計(jì)理論、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論對(duì)金輪科創(chuàng)公司的市場(chǎng)和客戶、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)戰(zhàn)略、生產(chǎn)工藝、人力資源、組織架構(gòu)、融資需求、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施以及材料與動(dòng)力供給等進(jìn)行全面的計(jì)劃和評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)也根據(jù)針布行業(yè)與油淬火鋼絲發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和金輪科創(chuàng)公司的具體實(shí)際情況,給出了實(shí)施本項(xiàng)目的結(jié)論和建議。 本文對(duì)項(xiàng)目的國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的準(zhǔn)備和實(shí)施也進(jìn)行了較為具體的分析和設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)分析,認(rèn)為金輪科創(chuàng)公司實(shí)施油淬火鋼絲項(xiàng)目符合國(guó)家調(diào)整紡織工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的宏觀政策和本行業(yè)發(fā)展的要求,項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)前景廣闊,金輪科創(chuàng)公司各方面資源條件較為成熟,項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)水平較為先進(jìn),運(yùn)營(yíng)后會(huì)帶來(lái)很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。因此,金輪科創(chuàng)公司實(shí)施油淬火鋼絲項(xiàng)目是可行的,也是有必要的。
[Abstract]:China's textile industry plays an important role in the national economy. Textile industry in the long-term development process, accumulated a lot of contradictions and problems. With the development of domestic textile industry, from scale expansion to technological progress and industrial upgrading, the demand for high technology performance equipment will increase obviously, and high quality core combing components-elastic needlecloth will be needed. The quality index of elastic clothing is directly determined by steel wire. At present, the high quality elastic cloth wire has been monopolized by Bekaert Company of Belgium. The company has developed downstream products from the original supply cooperation relationship to the market competition relationship, and its unforeseen operating risks have increased significantly. But the domestic elastic cloth steel wire production factory's technical progress speed can not meet the industry leader-Jinluankechuang company's product development. In this paper, from the point of view of the strategic development of Jinlun Kochan, aiming at the low rough surface of galvanized steel wire with elastic needlecloth in our country and the low level of products at present, on the basis of making full use of the existing steel wire processing technology of our company, Through organizing and implementing the oil quenched steel wire project, the elastic cloth steel wire which can meet the needs of the company's products and reach the international advanced level is made by itself in order to reduce the management risk of the company and improve the core competitive ability of the enterprise. Oil quenched steel wire is a high grade product in spring steel wire. Because of the large investment of wire drawing and heat treatment production line, the complex production process, the high difficulty of quality control and the high technical requirements for equipment and operators, it has not been able to realize home-made production all the time. This paper takes "market prospect analysis and project budget construction personnel training and project operation benefit evaluation" as the main line, applies strategic management theory, project management theory, cost management theory, accounting theory, etc. Risk management theory plans and evaluates the market and customers, marketing strategy, production process, human resources, organizational structure, financing needs, infrastructure, and material and power supply of Jinlun Cochon Co., Ltd., a comprehensive evaluation of the company's market and customer, marketing strategy, production process, human resources, organizational structure, financing needs, infrastructure, and material and power supply. At the same time, according to the present situation of the development of needle-cloth industry and oil-quenched steel wire and the actual situation of Jinluankechuang Company, the conclusion and suggestion of implementing this project are given. This article has carried on the detailed analysis to the project domestic and foreign market environment, the profession environment, has carried on the more concrete analysis and the design to the project preparation and the implementation, through the analysis, It is considered that the project of oil quenched steel wire in Jinlun Kechuang Company accords with the macro policy of adjusting the industrial structure of the textile industry and the requirements of the development of the industry, the market prospect of the project products is broad, and the resource conditions of the company are relatively mature. The technical level of the project is more advanced, after operation will bring good economic and social benefits. Therefore, the implementation of oil quenching steel wire project is feasible and necessary.
