【摘要】：將郵輪公司效率分為運(yùn)營(yíng)階段效率和銷售階段效率兩階段模型,應(yīng)用超網(wǎng)絡(luò)SBM模型評(píng)價(jià)2005—2014年世界三大郵輪公司——嘉年華郵輪公司、皇家加勒比郵輪公司和云頂香港公司的總效率和分階段效率.結(jié)果表明:2005—2014年,郵輪公司的總效率基本呈上升趨勢(shì);銷售效率高于運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,但運(yùn)營(yíng)效率對(duì)總效率的影響更大.最后,從投入產(chǎn)出角度對(duì)郵輪公司提出相關(guān)建議.
[Abstract]:The efficiency of cruise companies is divided into two stages: the operational efficiency and the sales efficiency. Using the supernetwork SBM model, the paper evaluates the world's three largest cruise companies, Carnival Cruise Company, from 2005 to 2014. Total efficiency and phased efficiency of Royal Caribbean Cruise and Yunding Hong Kong. The results show that from 2005 to 2014, the total efficiency of cruise companies is on the rise, the sales efficiency is higher than the operational efficiency, but the operational efficiency has a greater impact on the total efficiency. Finally, from the point of view of input and output, the paper puts forward the relevant suggestions to the cruise company.
