【摘要】：從科技創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)道德判斷入手,結(jié)合道德行為研究和心理研究的相關(guān)理論,利用多元道德量表探析科技創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)道德判斷基本理論依據(jù),并結(jié)合價(jià)值觀和人格特質(zhì)分析科技創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)中道德判斷的影響因素及其關(guān)聯(lián)�？萍紕�(chuàng)新活動(dòng)道德判斷是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過程,是認(rèn)知和直覺交互作用影響下的多種道德判斷理論綜合判斷過程,道德判斷與行為傾向基本一致,與價(jià)值觀因素和人格特質(zhì)存在關(guān)聯(lián)。該研究為科技人才成長規(guī)律探析與科技創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)提供了理論借鑒,并基于研究結(jié)論提出防范科技創(chuàng)新道德問題的策略。
[Abstract]:Starting with the moral judgment of scientific and technological innovation activities, combining the relevant theories of moral behavior research and psychological research, this paper analyzes the basic theoretical basis of moral judgment of scientific and technological innovation activities by using the multiple moral scale. Combined with values and personality traits, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of moral judgment in scientific and technological innovation activities and their correlation. The moral judgment of scientific and technological innovation activity is a complex process, which is a comprehensive judgment process of various moral judgment theories under the interaction of cognition and intuition. The moral judgment is basically consistent with the behavioral tendency. It is associated with value factors and personality traits. The research provides a theoretical reference for the analysis of the growth law of scientific and technological talents and the activities of scientific and technological innovation, and puts forward some strategies to prevent the moral problems of scientific and technological innovation based on the conclusions of the research.
