【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)開啟了一次重大的時代轉(zhuǎn)型,企業(yè)財務(wù)管理面臨著環(huán)境變遷帶來的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。財務(wù)共享服務(wù)是一種由信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)推動的創(chuàng)新財務(wù)管理模式,如何利用新一輪的信息技術(shù)對企業(yè)的財務(wù)管理體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和轉(zhuǎn)型,成功建立財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心,成為大型企業(yè)集團(tuán)亟待解決的重大難題。本文分析了大數(shù)據(jù)時代財務(wù)共享服務(wù)的發(fā)展歷程和趨勢、財務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型及財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,以湖北鄂旅投集團(tuán)為例探究其創(chuàng)建財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心的可行性,并且對其戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略結(jié)構(gòu)、戰(zhàn)略職能進(jìn)行了戰(zhàn)略定位,給出了推進(jìn)策略建議。
[Abstract]:Big data opened a major era of transformation, enterprise financial management is facing environmental changes brought opportunities and challenges. Financial sharing service is a kind of innovative financial management mode promoted by information network technology. How to optimize and transform the financial management system of enterprises by using the new information technology, and establish the financial sharing service center successfully. It has become a major problem to be solved by large enterprise groups. This paper analyzes the development course and trend of financial sharing service in big data's time, the financial transformation and the strategic planning of financial sharing service center, and takes Hubei Elyse Investment Group as an example to explore the feasibility of establishing financial sharing service center. And the strategic objectives, strategic structure, strategic functions of the strategic positioning, and give the promotion strategy recommendations.
