淮浙煤電有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整進(jìn)一步深化的今天,本國(guó)企業(yè)面對(duì)正在發(fā)生巨大變化的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境。在日益復(fù)雜多變的環(huán)境下,如何制定和選擇商業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)面臨的一個(gè)突出問(wèn)題。要成功地制定和實(shí)施企業(yè)管理,從根本上說(shuō)在于是否發(fā)展和建設(shè)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,,以及是否對(duì)企業(yè)的盈利有特別貢獻(xiàn),這對(duì)企業(yè)至關(guān)重要。在經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整時(shí)期,電力先行管理是淮浙煤電有限公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵,是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)跨越式發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。將電力先行管理根植于本企業(yè)各個(gè)運(yùn)行環(huán)節(jié),才會(huì)使企業(yè)在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得先機(jī),若要使本企業(yè)在弱市中站穩(wěn)腳跟,則必須將電力優(yōu)先發(fā)展作為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略,電力先行管理還會(huì)使配套煤礦得到穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)表明,只有實(shí)行以煤電一體化核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為基礎(chǔ)的戰(zhàn)略管理新思路,強(qiáng)化成本管理,培育核心產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。實(shí)施以國(guó)家發(fā)展需求為導(dǎo)向的、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為基礎(chǔ)的有序發(fā)展,才能在電力市場(chǎng)中取得持續(xù)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文介紹了戰(zhàn)略管理概念、特征、內(nèi)容、作用及趨勢(shì)等內(nèi)容。通過(guò)對(duì)淮浙煤電戰(zhàn)略管理現(xiàn)狀的剖析和闡述,對(duì)浙江電力市場(chǎng)和安徽煤炭市場(chǎng)的分析,利用SWOT分析法,指出本企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的方向。本企業(yè)需要樹立電力先行戰(zhàn)略管理觀念,分三階段二種思路執(zhí)行,即成長(zhǎng)型→糾正型→成長(zhǎng)型,使企業(yè)又好又穩(wěn)發(fā)展。更好地實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理作為戰(zhàn)略管理的一種手段,防止各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可能發(fā)生,使企業(yè)立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:In the economic restructuring deepening today, domestic enterprises are facing a huge change in the business environment. In the increasingly complex and changeable environment, how to formulate and choose the business development strategy is a prominent problem faced by enterprises. In order to develop and implement enterprise management successfully, it is essential for enterprises to develop and build strategic competitiveness and make special contribution to their profits. In the period of economic structure adjustment, electric power management is the key to the core competitiveness of Huaizhe Coal and Power Co., Ltd. and the basis of realizing the leap-forward development of enterprises. In order to make the enterprise win the first chance in the fierce market competition, it is necessary to give priority to the development of electric power as the strategy of the enterprise if we want to make the enterprise stand firm in the weak market. The electric power first management also can make the supporting coal mine to obtain the stable development. The practice shows that only a new strategic management idea based on the core competitiveness of coal and electricity integration should be implemented, the cost management should be strengthened, and the core product competitiveness should be cultivated. The paper introduces the concept, characteristics, content, function and trend of strategic management in order to achieve sustainable development advantage in electricity market by implementing orderly development based on national development demand and core competitiveness. Through analyzing and expounding the present situation of the strategic management of Huai and Zhejiang coal power plants, the author points out the direction of the strategic management of the enterprise by using SWOT analysis method to analyze the Zhejiang electric power market and Anhui coal market. This enterprise needs to set up the concept of electric power first strategic management, and carry out two ideas in three stages, that is, the growth type, the correct type and the growth type, so that the enterprise can develop well and steadily. Better implementation of risk management as a means of strategic management, to prevent the occurrence of various risks, so that the enterprise in an invincible position.
