通信設(shè)備行業(yè)項目成本管理研究

【摘要】:在通信技術(shù)日益發(fā)展的今天,通信設(shè)備產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代日趨頻繁。市場對通信設(shè)備產(chǎn)品的要求越來越高。品質(zhì)好,可生產(chǎn)性高的通信設(shè)備產(chǎn)品無疑是通信設(shè)備廠家能夠快速生產(chǎn)供貨以及成本可控制的必備條件。 由于通信設(shè)備產(chǎn)品的特殊性,其生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)必須經(jīng)過一個長期的過程才能夠優(yōu)化完成。這無疑與市場的快速需求是相悖的。為了能夠盡快占領(lǐng)市場,企業(yè)更重視的是項目的完成度。項目的完成度是由小批量產(chǎn)品的良率來作為參考的,但是由于通信設(shè)備產(chǎn)品的特殊性,小批量產(chǎn)品的良率并不能反映生產(chǎn)流水線大批量產(chǎn)品的良率。所以項目的完成并不能代表著產(chǎn)品設(shè)計優(yōu)化的完成。公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)計并不成熟的產(chǎn)品往往要承擔著巨額的質(zhì)量成本。為了快速的出貨,即使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量沒有達到要求,企業(yè)也會立刻安排生產(chǎn)大量的產(chǎn)品,并從中挑選合格的產(chǎn)品供給客戶,而不合格品則安排大量的原材料和人力去維修。這些維修用的原材料費用和人力成本都會被囊括到項目費用中去,而這就造成了項目費用非常的高昂。企業(yè)研發(fā)產(chǎn)品的負擔非常重。 本文結(jié)合了通信設(shè)備行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的特點,研究通信設(shè)備行業(yè)項目實施的特點。分析了通信設(shè)備行業(yè)項目成本的基本構(gòu)成。并且通過設(shè)立獨特的項目開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)之間的緩沖地帶以及更改項目考核方式來適當?shù)难娱L項目的周期,,提升產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量。并最終降低企業(yè)的運營成本。
[Abstract]:With the development of communication technology, the upgrading of communication equipment products is becoming more and more frequent. The market is demanding more and more communication equipment products. Good quality and high production of communication equipment products are undoubtedly the necessary conditions for the rapid production and supply of communication equipment manufacturers as well as the cost control. Because of the particularity of communication equipment products, its production quality must go through a long-term process to be optimized. This is no doubt contrary to the rapid demand of the market. In order to be able to occupy the market as soon as possible, enterprises pay more attention to the completion of the project. The degree of completion of the project is based on the yield of the small batch product, but because of the particularity of the communication equipment product, the yield of the small batch product can not reflect the yield of the production line large batch product. Therefore, the completion of the project does not represent the completion of product design optimization. The company produces the product which the design is not mature often to bear the huge quality cost. In order to quickly ship, even if the product quality does not meet the requirements, the enterprise will immediately arrange to produce a large number of products, and select qualified products to supply customers, and non-qualified products will arrange a large number of raw materials and manpower to repair. The cost of raw materials and labor for these repairs is included in the cost of the project, which makes the cost of the project very high. The burden of enterprise R & D products is very heavy. Based on the characteristics of communication equipment industry, this paper studies the characteristics of communication equipment industry project implementation. The basic structure of project cost in communication equipment industry is analyzed. And by setting up a unique buffer zone between project development and production line production and changing the project assessment method to extend the project cycle and improve the product production quality. And ultimately reduce the operating costs of the enterprise.
