【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)信息技術對上海市整體經(jīng)濟的積極促進作用,對信息基礎設施和信息傳輸網(wǎng)絡實現(xiàn)高效管理極其重要,為此上海市信息委員會提出城市信息管線信息綜合平臺開發(fā)項目,著重解決傳統(tǒng)手段難以解決的城市信息基礎設施建設與管理中的瓶頸問題。 論文在以上背景下對該信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)從軟件工程的角度進行論述,首先在第一章概述相應的技術基礎,然后在第二章討論該軟件系統(tǒng)的幾項重要的功能,如通信管線的資產信息管理功能、二維綜合視圖管理功能、管線維護與銷售成本管理功能、管線路由管理功能以及該系統(tǒng)中的主要業(yè)務管理工具。第三章從總體架構、數(shù)據(jù)庫子系統(tǒng)和主要業(yè)務流程等方面討論該系統(tǒng)的軟件設計,最后從軟件系統(tǒng)的實施、升級維護、主要模塊的程序實現(xiàn)以及試運行測試等方面討論了該軟件系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),并從該系統(tǒng)的功能特點及開發(fā)方法方面總結全文。 該系統(tǒng)對信息管線建設與維護需要的復雜的空間信息和海量數(shù)據(jù)實現(xiàn)了集中管理信息,在試運行中對用戶表現(xiàn)出良好的使用效率與功能業(yè)務支持。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the positive promotion of information technology to the whole economy of Shanghai, and to realize the efficient management of information infrastructure and information transmission network, the Shanghai Information Commission put forward a comprehensive platform development project for urban information pipeline information. Emphasis is placed on solving the bottleneck problems in the construction and management of urban information infrastructure, which are difficult to solve by traditional means. In the above background, the paper discusses the development of the information system from the point of view of software engineering. In the first chapter, the corresponding technical foundation is summarized, and then in the second chapter, several important functions of the software system are discussed. Such as the asset information management function of communication pipeline, two-dimensional integrated view management function, pipeline maintenance and sales cost management function, pipeline routing management function and the main business management tools in the system. The third chapter discusses the software design of the system from the aspects of the overall structure, database subsystem and main business process, and finally, from the implementation of the software system, upgrade and maintenance, This paper discusses the realization of the software system from the aspects of the program realization of the main module and the test of the trial run, and summarizes the full text from the aspects of the function characteristic and the development method of the system. The system realizes the centralized management of the complex spatial information and massive data needed for the construction and maintenance of the information pipeline, and shows good usage efficiency and functional business support for the users in the trial operation.
