【摘要】：隨著近年來(lái)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,電力市場(chǎng)也持續(xù)升溫,火電項(xiàng)目建設(shè)取得了快速發(fā)展。但隨著原材料價(jià)格的上漲和基建成本的增加,火電建設(shè)成本也逐年提高。本文在分析目前火電項(xiàng)目成本管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)火電項(xiàng)目成本上漲的原因進(jìn)行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)工程成本除了與工程本身內(nèi)容有關(guān)外,還與管理者水平有著很大的關(guān)系。本文針對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本控制中存在的問(wèn)題和影響項(xiàng)目成本的因素,提出了如何在施工過(guò)程中控制成本的相應(yīng)對(duì)策,并結(jié)合實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了具體分析,強(qiáng)調(diào)了加強(qiáng)成本控制既是火電施工企業(yè)自身的要求,又是建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)的需要,進(jìn)而全面提升火電施工企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,以期達(dá)到項(xiàng)目綜合效益最大化的目標(biāo)的根本手段。 首先介紹了論文的選題背景,簡(jiǎn)要介紹火電建設(shè)行業(yè)的外部環(huán)境、火電施工行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、火電工程項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)火電施工企業(yè)成本管理的現(xiàn)狀及成因進(jìn)行了分析,提出本文的研究目的意義和主要思路。運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的知識(shí),形成火電施工項(xiàng)目成本的控制和優(yōu)化模型,為火電施工項(xiàng)目成本控制和優(yōu)化提供必要的參考和指導(dǎo)。運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn),在火電施工項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施中,探索在項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中成本管理、控制和優(yōu)化的新思路。建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析成本因素,提出處理方法,將項(xiàng)目管理的理論和思想貫徹到今后的施工管理中去,為項(xiàng)目爭(zhēng)得圓滿成功。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and healthy development of the national economy in recent years, the electric power market has also been heating up, and the thermal power project construction has made rapid development. But with the increase of raw material price and capital construction cost, the cost of thermal power construction also increases year by year. Based on the analysis of the current situation of thermal power project cost management, this paper analyzes the reasons for the rise of thermal power project cost. It is found that the project cost is not only related to the content of the project itself, but also related to the management level. In view of the problems existing in the project cost control and the factors affecting the project cost, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of how to control the cost in the construction process, and makes a concrete analysis based on the practical work experience. It is emphasized that strengthening cost control is not only the requirement of thermal power construction enterprise itself, but also the need of building economy society. In order to achieve the goal of maximizing the comprehensive benefits of the project, the fundamental means. Firstly, the background of the thesis is introduced, and the external environment of thermal power construction industry, the development status of thermal power construction industry and the status quo of thermal power project are briefly introduced, and the current situation and causes of cost management of thermal power construction enterprise are analyzed. The purpose and significance of this paper and the main ideas are put forward. Based on the knowledge of project management, the model of cost control and optimization of thermal power construction project is formed, which provides necessary reference and guidance for the cost control and optimization of thermal power construction project. Based on the theory and experience of project management, a new idea of cost management, control and optimization is explored in the implementation of thermal power construction project. This paper establishes mathematical model, analyzes cost factors, puts forward treatment methods, carries out the theory and thought of project management into future construction management, and wins a complete success for the project.
