【摘要】：隨著全球的經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就將面臨國(guó)際大市場(chǎng)的沖擊,先進(jìn)的管理水平有利于企業(yè)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的浪潮中穩(wěn)步前行。企業(yè)物流成本控制能力的優(yōu)劣,將直接左右企業(yè)的成本管理水平,從而影響產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。許多優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)和上市公司,已經(jīng)著力于把物流成本控制作為增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要方法,所以他們也在不斷地為物流成本控制優(yōu)化披荊斬棘。A銅業(yè)公司在地方經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有重要地位,但由于銅業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈、利潤(rùn)率低,在各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)尤其是物流環(huán)節(jié)需要深入探索,構(gòu)建物流成本控制系統(tǒng)并使之高效率的運(yùn)作,制訂物流成本控制規(guī)劃,確立物流成本控制戰(zhàn)略,確定物流成本的管理措施來(lái)改善物流流程,降低物流成本,提高公司效益,增強(qiáng)A銅業(yè)公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。
[Abstract]:With the global economic integration and the rapid development of the network economy, the competition of enterprises will face the impact of the international market, advanced management level is conducive to the steady progress of enterprises in the wave of competition. The quality of enterprise logistics cost control ability will directly affect the cost management level of enterprises, thus affecting the market competitiveness of products. Many outstanding enterprises and listed companies have focused on logistics cost control as an important way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. So they are also constantly optimizing logistics cost control. A Copper Company occupies an important position in the local economy. However, because of the fierce competition in the copper industry and the low profit margin, it is necessary to explore deeply in every link, especially in the logistics link. Build logistics cost control system and make it efficient operation, make logistics cost control plan, establish logistics cost control strategy, determine logistics cost management measures to improve logistics process, reduce logistics cost, improve company benefit. Enhance the competitive power of A Copper Company.
