【摘要】：目前,我國建筑工程的市場競爭正隨著建筑市場的逐步完善而越來越激烈,我國建筑施工企業(yè)躋身國際市場,首先就要壯大自身競爭力。但是由于我國建筑施工企業(yè)大多沒有現(xiàn)代的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和模式,無法抗衡國外的跨國建筑施工公司,也就無法在國際市場上分得這塊蛋糕。所以,對于國內(nèi)的建筑施工企業(yè)來說,如何適應(yīng)激烈的國內(nèi)外競爭環(huán)境,提高企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理水平,抓住市場機(jī)遇就成了關(guān)鍵所在。 現(xiàn)階段,我國建筑施土企業(yè)缺乏項(xiàng)目成本管理意識(shí),在投標(biāo)階段獲得的中標(biāo)機(jī)會(huì)也基本是靠壓價(jià)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,在實(shí)施項(xiàng)目時(shí),企業(yè)又必須想盡一切辦法來提高造價(jià)。如此一來,企業(yè)之間的競爭就陷入了惡性循環(huán),這不但會(huì)消耗建筑施工企業(yè)更多的資源,同時(shí)也對投資方的利益造成的損害,總而言之,這對于企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展和品牌的樹立是十分消極的。所以,研究建筑施工企業(yè)面的管理與控制水平有著積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過對天津武清還遷房項(xiàng)目成本管理與控制的研究,分析和歸納了我國建筑施工企業(yè)的成本管理現(xiàn)狀：闡述了建筑施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目成本管理與控制的基本理論,并從建筑施工企業(yè)的管理角度,對天津武清還遷房項(xiàng)目成本的管理與控制建立了評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系以及評價(jià)模型,對項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析；并通過評價(jià)體系與模型,對天津武清還遷房項(xiàng)目成本管理與控制的策略進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:At present, the market competition of construction engineering in our country is becoming more and more fierce with the gradual improvement of the construction market. However, most of the construction enterprises in our country do not have modern management experience and mode, so they can not compete with foreign multinational construction companies, and can not share the cake in the international market. Therefore, for domestic construction enterprises, how to adapt to the fierce competition at home and abroad, improve the level of project management, seize the market opportunities has become the key. At the present stage, the construction enterprises in our country lack the consciousness of project cost management, and the chances of winning the bid in the bidding stage are basically realized by reducing the price. When implementing the project, the enterprise must do everything possible to raise the cost. In this way, competition among enterprises is trapped in a vicious circle, which will not only consume more resources of construction enterprises, but also damage the interests of investors. This is very negative for the healthy development of enterprises and the establishment of brand. Therefore, it has positive practical significance to study the management and control level of construction enterprises. Based on the study of cost management and control of Wuqing relocation project in Tianjin, this paper analyzes and sums up the current situation of cost management of construction enterprises in China, and expounds the basic theory of project cost management and control in construction enterprises. From the point of view of the management of construction enterprises, this paper establishes an evaluation index system and evaluation model for the management and control of the cost of Wuqing rehousing project in Tianjin, analyzes the present situation of the project, and analyzes the evaluation system and model through the evaluation system and model. This paper discusses the cost management and control strategy of Tianjin Wuqing rehousing project.
