【摘要】：現(xiàn)代學徒制"招生即招工"契約面臨學校與企業(yè)的合作難題,生產(chǎn)成本提高、風險加大等經(jīng)濟難題,以及招生難題、企業(yè)導師難題和就業(yè)難題。文章提出,大力發(fā)展學徒制應(yīng)弱化招生與招工一體化的要求,全面改革招生與就業(yè)制度,由政府給予支持以減輕學校和企業(yè)負擔,加大企業(yè)考核力度,構(gòu)建順應(yīng)國家發(fā)展、符合地方需要的現(xiàn)代學徒制模式。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship "enrollment and recruitment" contract is faced with the problems of cooperation between schools and enterprises, economic problems such as increasing production cost, increasing risk and other economic problems, as well as the difficult problem of recruiting students and employment problems. The article proposes that the development of apprenticeship should weaken the requirements of the integration of enrolment and recruitment, and reform the system of enrollment and employment in an all-round way. It is supported to ease the burden on schools and enterprises, increase enterprise assessment, and build a modern apprenticeship mode that complies with national development and meets local needs.
