掙值管理在研發(fā)項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文主要研究掙值管理對(duì)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目成本和進(jìn)度的監(jiān)控。項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)成本過(guò)高或是進(jìn)度延誤的現(xiàn)象,有時(shí)甚至出現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目“流產(chǎn)”現(xiàn)象。應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)的成本和工期管理無(wú)法準(zhǔn)確反映出成本與進(jìn)度的績(jī)效水平,更不能進(jìn)行信息的集成控制。而掙值管理作為一種新興的項(xiàng)目集成化管理技術(shù),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量和技術(shù)的綜合管理與控制。本文以P公司研發(fā)中心為研究對(duì)象,綜合實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和市場(chǎng)與客戶(hù)需求,對(duì)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)與改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目成本控制進(jìn)行研究,F(xiàn)有的項(xiàng)目管理只運(yùn)用了甘特圖和里程碑,本文通過(guò)實(shí)例來(lái)演示如何在現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上引入掙值管理,并積累相關(guān)實(shí)踐數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果表明:掙值管理引入實(shí)際應(yīng)用將產(chǎn)生明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),表現(xiàn)在不僅能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的成本和進(jìn)度的預(yù)估,還能在偏差發(fā)生時(shí)使各方作出快速、有效的糾偏措施,從而為項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行保駕護(hù)航。在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新越發(fā)激烈的當(dāng)今世界,掙值管理這一新興技術(shù)具有非常好的生命力,為企業(yè)尤其是研發(fā)類(lèi)型的企業(yè)提供了一種便捷和高效的管理模式。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the control of earned value management on project cost and schedule of R & D institutions.In the process of project implementation, the cost is too high or the progress is delayed, and sometimes even the "miscarriage" of the project occurs.The application of traditional cost and duration management can not accurately reflect the performance level of cost and schedule, let alone information integration control.As a new integrated project management technology, earned value management can realize the integrated management and control of product R & D progress, cost, quality and technology.This paper takes R & D center of P Company as the research object, synthesizes the actual work experience, the market and the customer demand, carries on the research to the product research and development and the improvement project cost control.The existing project management only uses Gantt chart and milestone. This paper demonstrates how to introduce earned value management based on the existing project management and accumulate relevant practical data for comparative analysis.The results show that the introduction of earned value management into practical application will have obvious advantages, which can not only realize the estimate of project cost and progress, but also make the parties make quick and effective corrective measures when the deviation occurs.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project escort.In today's world where market competition and technological innovation are becoming more and more fierce, earned value management, as a new technology, has a very good vitality and provides a convenient and efficient management model for enterprises, especially R & D enterprises.
