【摘要】：本文以水電施工企業(yè)的成本管理與控制為研究和分析的對(duì)象。首先從市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和企業(yè)發(fā)展兩個(gè)方面闡述企業(yè)需要進(jìn)行成本管理控制的原因,其次分析大多數(shù)水電施工企業(yè)成本管理控制方面存在的問(wèn)題,最后針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出提升成本管理和控制能力的有效方法,并分別從成本管理和成本控制兩個(gè)角度展開(kāi)論述。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the cost management and control of hydropower construction enterprises as the research and analysis object.Firstly, the reasons why enterprises need to carry out cost management and control are expounded from the aspects of market competition and enterprise development. Secondly, the problems existing in cost management and control of most hydropower construction enterprises are analyzed.Finally, an effective method to improve the cost management and control ability is put forward, and discussed from the two aspects of cost management and cost control.
