YT醫(yī)院門診導(dǎo)診系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項目成本管理問題研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著社會發(fā)展、生活水平提高和醫(yī)療體制改革,YT醫(yī)院引入了先進的醫(yī)療設(shè)備和高級人才,醫(yī)療水平越來越高,吸引了更多的患者。醫(yī)院的門診量年年攀升,許多問題也隨之而來,比如門診就診流程復(fù)雜,就診環(huán)境混亂嘈雜等,埋下醫(yī)患沖突的隱患。為了人營造一個寬松、安全、相對隱私的就醫(yī)環(huán)境,,降低醫(yī)院成本費用,YT醫(yī)院引進了符合現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院需求的門診導(dǎo)診系統(tǒng);并采用項目成本管理方法,對項目的費用進行控制。項目成本管理是使完成此項目所需的所有資源,控制在預(yù)算或可接受范圍內(nèi)。對YT醫(yī)院門診導(dǎo)診系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項目成本管理問題進行研究,對醫(yī)院今后引進醫(yī)療項目進行項目成本管理有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。 YT醫(yī)院門診導(dǎo)診系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項目是一個定綜合性的工程項目。本文主要依據(jù)該項目報告期的成本費用,使用項目成本管理基本方法,對該項目成本管理進行掙值績效分析。結(jié)合分析結(jié)果,研究YT醫(yī)院門診導(dǎo)診系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項目成本管理中各階段出現(xiàn)的問題。最后,針對分析研究出來的問題,提出各個階段成本管理的優(yōu)化措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of society, the improvement of living standard and the reform of medical system, YT Hospital has introduced advanced medical equipment and advanced talents. The level of medical treatment is getting higher and higher, attracting more patients. Many problems followed, such as the complexity of the outpatient consultation process, the confusion and noise of the consultation environment, and so on, which buried the hidden dangers of the doctor-patient conflict. In order to create a relaxed, safe and relatively private medical environment for people, To reduce the cost of the hospital, YT Hospital has introduced the outpatient consultation system which meets the needs of the modern hospital, and has adopted the project cost management method to control the cost of the project. The project cost management is all the resources needed to complete the project. The study on the cost management of the construction project of the outpatient guided diagnosis system in YT Hospital has certain guiding significance for the project cost management of the medical project in the future. The construction project of outpatient guided diagnosis system in YT Hospital is a definite and comprehensive project. Based on the cost cost in the reporting period of the project, the basic method of project cost management is used in this paper. This paper analyzes the earned value performance of the project cost management. Combined with the analysis results, it studies the problems in each stage of the cost management in the construction of outpatient consultation system in YT hospital. Finally, aiming at the problems from the analysis and research, The optimization measures of cost management in each stage are put forward.
