電力企業(yè)信息集成方案及其實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:信息化是當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的大趨勢。由于歷史原因,信息系統(tǒng)在建設(shè)時(shí)只考慮眼前的需求,未給未來的集成需求預(yù)留空間,因此產(chǎn)生了諸多的信息孤島。隨著我國企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的快速推進(jìn),“信息孤島”的危害也日益明顯。企業(yè)應(yīng)用集成(EAI)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。電力企業(yè)的體制改革和深化以及電力國際化的發(fā)展趨勢迫使電力企業(yè)必須認(rèn)真面對信息化快速發(fā)展的問題。 本文詳細(xì)分析了企業(yè)信息孤島的產(chǎn)生原因,給出避免產(chǎn)生新的信息孤島的建議。通過對企業(yè)應(yīng)用集成(EAI)和企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(ERP)的介紹,對比了電力企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)中從MIS向ERP的發(fā)展,說明傳統(tǒng)MIS已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)電力系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展.同時(shí),通過分析電力企業(yè)ERP建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn),指出實(shí)施ERP是一個(gè)巨大而且非常復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,涉及企業(yè)的各個(gè)方面,是對企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營管理方式進(jìn)行根本性的變革,是企業(yè)資源的重新分配。在電力系統(tǒng)中實(shí)施ERP,不僅能極大提高工作效率同時(shí)還能給電力企業(yè)帶來可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。電力企業(yè)中,通過建設(shè)ERP系統(tǒng)可以建立高效的信息共享平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的統(tǒng)一管理,使企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理活動(dòng)自如化,提高企業(yè)的管理效率,對于實(shí)現(xiàn)更大范圍的資源優(yōu)化配置、推動(dòng)我國能源的高效開發(fā)和利用,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),具有重大的戰(zhàn)略意義。最后,介紹了ERP系統(tǒng)在某電力檢修公司的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,該公司通過ERP系統(tǒng)和線下流程對設(shè)備成本的管理來追溯設(shè)備資產(chǎn)全壽命周期的價(jià)值變動(dòng)以及記錄設(shè)備在用期間的檢修維護(hù)成本,挖掘設(shè)備潛力,使設(shè)備壽命得到最大延長。通過資產(chǎn)全壽命成本數(shù)據(jù)的分析指導(dǎo)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)、技術(shù)改造和設(shè)備選型、優(yōu)化采購策略和合格供應(yīng)商管理,最終全面提升公司運(yùn)行效率和效益。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the major trend of economic and social development in the world today. Because of historical reasons, information systems only consider the immediate needs when they are built, and do not reserve space for future integration needs. As a result, there are many isolated information islands. With the rapid development of enterprise information construction in our country, the harm of "information isolated island" is becoming more and more obvious. EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) emerges as the times require. The development trend of electric power internationalization forces electric power enterprises to face the problem of rapid development of information technology. In this paper, the causes of enterprise information isolated islands are analyzed in detail, and some suggestions to avoid new information isolated islands are given. The introduction of EAI and ERP (Enterprise Application Integration) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) are introduced. This paper compares the development from MIS to ERP in the information construction of electric power enterprises, and shows that the traditional MIS has not adapted to the development of power system. At the same time, by analyzing the key points and difficulties of ERP construction in electric power enterprises, It is pointed out that the implementation of ERP is a huge and very complex system engineering, which involves all aspects of the enterprise, and it is a fundamental change to the traditional management mode of the enterprise. It is the redistribution of enterprise resources. The implementation of ERP in power system can not only greatly improve the working efficiency, but also bring considerable economic benefits to electric power enterprises. In electric power enterprises, an efficient information sharing platform can be established through the construction of ERP system. To realize the unified management of resources, to make the operation and management activities of enterprises freely, to improve the management efficiency of enterprises, to realize the optimal allocation of resources on a larger scale and to promote the efficient development and utilization of energy resources in our country, It is of great strategic significance to promote the sustainable development of economy and society and to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Finally, the practical application of ERP system in an electric power maintenance company is introduced. The company manages equipment costs through ERP systems and offline processes to track changes in the value of equipment assets throughout their life cycle and record maintenance costs during maintenance of equipment, and to tap equipment potential. Through the analysis of asset life cost data to guide power grid construction, technical transformation and equipment selection, optimize purchasing strategy and qualified supplier management, finally improve the efficiency and efficiency of the company.
