【摘要】：本論文的選題是出自艾仕得涂料有限公司。艾仕得涂層系統(tǒng)是全球涂料優(yōu)秀的供應(yīng)商,應(yīng)用范圍主要是交通汽車、工業(yè)制造、建筑裝飾等。艾仕得涂料系統(tǒng)總部位于美國費城,銷售范圍遍及世界五大洲,即北美、拉美、中國、東南亞以及歐洲。艾仕得涂層系統(tǒng)成立145多年,全球業(yè)務(wù)占據(jù)130多個國家,12800多名雇員,35個制造工廠,42個培訓(xùn)中心和7個研發(fā)中心。企業(yè)擁有新一代環(huán)保技術(shù),重視環(huán)保也保證質(zhì)量。即使近年來產(chǎn)量提升超過12%,生產(chǎn)工廠由35個增加到38個,但是能源消耗強度率卻下降了6%,可見艾仕得注重企業(yè)發(fā)展協(xié)同環(huán)境發(fā)展。本課題研究主要圍繞“基于ERP管理系統(tǒng)的艾仕得涂料有限公司業(yè)務(wù)流程”展開的,主要的研究內(nèi)容就是通過分析基于ERP信息管理系統(tǒng)的涂料公司主要業(yè)務(wù)流程,提出整個業(yè)務(wù)流程存在的問題,分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因,通過系統(tǒng)的進行分析、論證和完善進行合理整合配置重點業(yè)務(wù)流程進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,最后提出業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化方案。
[Abstract]:The topic of this paper is from Yishi Coatings Co. Yishi coating system is the excellent supplier of global coatings, application scope is mainly transportation, industrial manufacturing, building decoration and so on. Yishi coating system is headquartered in Philadelphia, sales across five continents, namely North America, Latin America, China, Southeast Asia and Europe. Yishi coating system set up more than 145 years, the global business accounted for more than 130 countries, more than 12800 employees, 35 manufacturing plants, 42 training centers and 7 research centers. The enterprise has a new generation of environmentally friendly technology, also attach great importance to environmental protection to ensure quality. Even in recent years yield more than 12%, production increased from 35 to 38 however, the intensity of energy consumption rate has dropped 6%, visible Yishi focus on enterprise development cooperation environment development. This research mainly focuses on "ERP management system based on Ai Shi paint Co. Our business process ", the main content of this study is through the analysis of the ERP coatings company information management system mainly based on business processes, proposed the existence of the whole business process problems, analyzes the causes of the problems, through the analysis of the system, demonstration and improvement of reasonable integration optimize configuration of key business processes, and finally puts forward the business process the optimization scheme.
