【摘要】：廣東南方電視臺(tái)大型項(xiàng)目部新媒體媒資管理系統(tǒng)中的離線編目項(xiàng)目來源于本人所在單位的實(shí)際需要。目前廣東南方電視臺(tái)年編目總量約為3000小時(shí)，其中新聞、資訊類節(jié)目1350小時(shí)，，專題類節(jié)目600小時(shí)，影視及綜藝類節(jié)目900小時(shí)，綜藝、少兒、活動(dòng)類節(jié)目150小時(shí)。為了進(jìn)一步提高媒體資產(chǎn)的管理水平和應(yīng)用效率，實(shí)現(xiàn)新媒體媒資管理系統(tǒng)的保值與增值，同時(shí)考慮到臺(tái)里設(shè)備和場(chǎng)地不足的問題，計(jì)劃采用外包的方式，由專業(yè)的編目服務(wù)提供商來完成編目工作。出于信息安全及版權(quán)保護(hù)，編目服務(wù)提供商不能直接登入現(xiàn)有媒資管理系統(tǒng)，需要采用離線編目的方式。 為了保證工作高效有序開展，廣東南方電視臺(tái)大型項(xiàng)目部成立了離線編目項(xiàng)目組。本項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施對(duì)廣東南方電視臺(tái)后續(xù)的軟件工程類項(xiàng)目開展有指導(dǎo)性意義，對(duì)通過軟件工程來提升媒資管理水平進(jìn)行了有益探索。 本文運(yùn)用了科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理理論，從范圍管理、時(shí)間管理、成本管理、質(zhì)量管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、人力資源管理、溝通管理、采購管理及系統(tǒng)管理的方法與工具九大領(lǐng)域及需求管理、進(jìn)度管理、質(zhì)量管理、培訓(xùn)管理、驗(yàn)收管理等關(guān)鍵活動(dòng)闡述了項(xiàng)目管理在離線編目項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用。離線編目項(xiàng)目最終在項(xiàng)目管理理論的指導(dǎo)及項(xiàng)目管理工具的合理應(yīng)用中成功實(shí)施，實(shí)現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。 本文還結(jié)合本人的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)了離線編目項(xiàng)目存在的問題，指出了后續(xù)媒體單位在項(xiàng)目管理的改進(jìn)方向，希望對(duì)本人工作單位后續(xù)軟件工程項(xiàng)目的開展有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The off-line cataloging project in the new media media management system of the large project department of Guangdong Southern Television comes from the actual needs of the units in which they belong. At present, the total annual cataloguing amount of Guangdong Southern TV Station is about 3000 hours, among which news, 1350 hours of information programmes, 600 hours of special programmes, 900 hours of film, television and variety shows, 150 hours of variety arts, children and activities. In order to further improve the management level and application efficiency of media assets, To maintain and add value to the new media media capital management system, and to take into account the shortage of equipment and space in the station, it is planned to adopt the method of outsourcing to complete the cataloging work by professional cataloguing service providers. For the sake of information security and copyright protection, Cataloging service providers can not directly log into the existing media management system and need offline cataloging. In order to ensure the efficient and orderly development of the work, the large project department of Guangdong Southern Television has set up an off-line cataloguing project team. The implementation of this project has instructive significance for the subsequent software engineering projects of Guangdong Southern TV Station. Through the software engineering to improve the media capital management level has carried on the beneficial exploration. This paper uses scientific project management theory, from scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, risk management, human resources management, communication management, Procurement management and system management methods and tools nine major areas and requirements management, progress management, quality management, training management, The application of project management in off-line cataloguing project is expounded in the key activities such as acceptance management. Finally, the off-line cataloguing project is successfully implemented in the guidance of project management theory and the rational application of project management tools, and the project goal is realized. This paper also sums up the problems existing in off-line cataloging projects and points out the direction of improvement in project management of follow-up media units, hoping to be useful for the development of follow-up software engineering projects in my work unit.
