【摘要】:自20世紀(jì)中后期以來(lái),信息技術(shù)在工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用逐漸深入,從70年代的單項(xiàng)程序應(yīng)用、80年代的程序系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用、90年代的程序系統(tǒng)集成再到當(dāng)前基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同工作平臺(tái),建筑業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率和管理水平也在不斷發(fā)展與進(jìn)步。但與制造業(yè)相比,建筑業(yè)信息化的深度和廣度仍相對(duì)落后,兩者之間存在巨大的“數(shù)字鴻溝”。面對(duì)日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和復(fù)雜多變的行業(yè)環(huán)境,建筑企業(yè)迫切需要改變當(dāng)前的管理技術(shù)和方法,增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和適應(yīng)性。 作為工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中雙方共同遵守的最高行為準(zhǔn)則,合同既是工程實(shí)施中的管理目標(biāo),也是項(xiàng)目參與者各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的參照依據(jù)。業(yè)主通過(guò)合同委托項(xiàng)目任務(wù),控制工程的進(jìn)展,解決工作中的矛盾和爭(zhēng)議。合同管理在工程項(xiàng)目管理中有著特殊的地位,是成本管理、進(jìn)度管理、質(zhì)量管理、信息管理等職能的工作指南,,對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施起到總體控制的作用。 本文擬結(jié)合工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)以某市長(zhǎng)江大橋項(xiàng)目為例分析建筑企業(yè)對(duì)于合同管理信息系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)需求。目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)基于B/S設(shè)計(jì)模式,將實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目合同工作的全過(guò)程跟蹤管理和控制,除具備合同數(shù)據(jù)的收集、處理、存儲(chǔ)、查詢等功能外,更重要的是還體現(xiàn)出企業(yè)對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程的智能化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化改造,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目整體各項(xiàng)管理職能的協(xié)同最優(yōu)化。 首先,綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外建設(shè)工程信息化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及合同管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用趨勢(shì),確定研究的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法和技術(shù)路線。其次,結(jié)合管理信息系統(tǒng)和建設(shè)項(xiàng)目合同管理的相關(guān)理論,分析典型建筑企業(yè)合同管理工作的業(yè)務(wù)流程,確定建設(shè)項(xiàng)目合同管理信息系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu),詳細(xì)描述系統(tǒng)各模塊的數(shù)據(jù)處理過(guò)程。最后,設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的用戶權(quán)限和相關(guān)規(guī)則,對(duì)系統(tǒng)各模塊的信息載體進(jìn)行深入分析,結(jié)合某市長(zhǎng)江大橋項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)需求分析的有效性,提出結(jié)論及后續(xù)研究建議。 論文以某市長(zhǎng)江大橋項(xiàng)目為例,探索能普遍應(yīng)用于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目合同管理信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析方法及系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)思路,通過(guò)推動(dòng)建設(shè)工程信息化的快速發(fā)展,提高工程項(xiàng)目管理的效率和有效性,節(jié)約人、財(cái)、物等資源,使合同管理的工作流程更智能化和規(guī)范化。
[Abstract]:Since the middle and late period of 20th century, the application of information technology in the field of engineering construction has gradually deepened. From the single program application in 70s to the program system integration in the 1980s and the program system integration in the 1990s, the current collaborative work platform based on network has been developed. The production efficiency and management level of the construction industry are also developing and improving. However, compared with the manufacturing industry, the depth and breadth of the informatization of the construction industry are still relatively backward. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition and the complex and changeable industry environment, the construction enterprises urgently need to change the current management technology and methods to enhance their competitiveness and adaptability. As the highest code of conduct to be observed by both sides in the process of construction, the contract is not only the management objective in the implementation of the project, but also the reference basis for the various economic activities of the project participants. Control the progress of the project, resolve the contradictions and disputes in the work. Contract management has a special position in the project management. It is the work guide for the functions of cost management, schedule management, quality management, information management, etc. To the implementation of the whole project to play an overall control role. Based on the characteristics of the construction project, this paper takes the Yangtze River Bridge Project in a city as an example to analyze the detailed requirements of the contract management information system in the construction enterprises. The target system is based on the B / S design pattern. In addition to the functions of collecting, processing, storing and querying the contract data, it will also realize the management and control of the whole process of the project contract work. More importantly, it will also reflect the intellectualized and standardized transformation of the business process in the enterprise. Achieve collaborative optimization of overall project management functions. First of all, it summarizes the development situation of construction engineering information and the application trend of contract management information system at home and abroad, and determines the research objectives, contents, methods and technical routes. Based on the theory of management information system and contract management of construction project, this paper analyzes the business process of contract management in typical construction enterprises, and determines the functional structure of management information system of construction project contract. The data processing process of each module of the system is described in detail. Finally, the user authority and relevant rules of the system are designed, and the information carriers of each module of the system are analyzed in depth, and the validity of the requirement analysis of the verification system of the Yangtze River Bridge project in a city is combined. Put forward the conclusion and follow up the research suggestion. Taking the Yangtze River Bridge project in a city as an example, this paper explores the demand analysis methods and system development ideas that can be widely used in the construction project contract management information system, and promotes the rapid development of construction engineering information. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project management, save people, money, material and other resources, make the work flow of contract management more intelligent and standardized.
