【摘要】:中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多地企業(yè)需要管理咨詢(xún)服務(wù),來(lái)支持其業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。2015年5月8日國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)《中國(guó)制造2025》起,國(guó)內(nèi)眾多制造業(yè)企業(yè),紛紛加入工業(yè)4.0及數(shù)字化工廠建設(shè)大軍,制造業(yè)作為管理咨詢(xún)?cè)谥袊?guó)的最大市場(chǎng),這一變化,給管理咨詢(xún)業(yè)帶來(lái)了廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。然而,伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,管理咨詢(xún)業(yè)也在飛速的發(fā)展,如今國(guó)內(nèi)有超過(guò)20萬(wàn)家管理咨詢(xún)企業(yè)在爭(zhēng)奪市場(chǎng)份額。為了固定領(lǐng)地并擴(kuò)大戰(zhàn)果,實(shí)力雄厚的公司不斷的延伸其產(chǎn)品線,如某公司在給客戶提供咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的同時(shí)給予其參觀科技展的機(jī)會(huì),這種捆綁的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方式,給市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)了巨大的沖擊。在管理咨詢(xún)行業(yè)中占據(jù)一定市場(chǎng)的實(shí)力雄厚的咨詢(xún)公司實(shí)施擴(kuò)張策略并加大自有品牌的推廣,與此同時(shí)客戶在采購(gòu)策略中,加入了招投標(biāo)機(jī)制并提高了采購(gòu)的規(guī)范制度,導(dǎo)致市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)空前激烈,這樣勢(shì)必要求咨詢(xún)公司通過(guò)更有戰(zhàn)略性的價(jià)格來(lái)進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。本文基于上述背景,對(duì)A管理咨詢(xún)公司進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,分析了當(dāng)前管理咨詢(xún)行業(yè)概況及內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,找出A管理咨詢(xún)公司在企業(yè)成本優(yōu)化過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,逐條進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)性的提出了成本優(yōu)化策略。通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本和非項(xiàng)目成本的優(yōu)化,幫助A管理咨詢(xún)公司在國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As China's economy continues to develop steadily, more and more enterprises need management consulting services to support their business development. In May 8th 2015, the State Council issued "made in China 2025". Many domestic manufacturing enterprises have joined the army of industry 4.0 and digital factory construction, which is the biggest market for management consulting in China. Management consulting industry has brought broad market prospects. However, with the economic development, the management consulting industry is also developing rapidly. Now there are more than 200,000 management consulting companies competing for market share. In order to secure territory and expand their success, powerful companies continue to expand their product lines. Such as a company to provide consulting services to customers while giving them the opportunity to visit the technology show, this bundled marketing. To the market has brought a huge impact. In the management consulting industry, a strong market in the strength of consulting companies to implement expansion strategy and increase the promotion of their own brands, at the same time, customers in the procurement strategy. Joined the bidding mechanism and improved the procurement system, resulting in unprecedented fierce market competition, which is bound to require consulting companies through a more strategic price to compete. This paper based on the above background. This paper analyzes A management consulting company in detail, analyzes the current situation of management consulting industry and the current situation of internal and external environment, and finds out the problems existing in the process of cost optimization of A management consulting company. Through the optimization of project cost and non-project cost, A management consulting company can develop steadily in the domestic market.
