【摘要】:中國經濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,越來越多地企業(yè)需要管理咨詢服務,來支持其業(yè)務發(fā)展。2015年5月8日國務院頒發(fā)《中國制造2025》起,國內眾多制造業(yè)企業(yè),紛紛加入工業(yè)4.0及數字化工廠建設大軍,制造業(yè)作為管理咨詢在中國的最大市場,這一變化,給管理咨詢業(yè)帶來了廣闊的市場前景。然而,伴隨著經濟發(fā)展,管理咨詢業(yè)也在飛速的發(fā)展,如今國內有超過20萬家管理咨詢企業(yè)在爭奪市場份額。為了固定領地并擴大戰(zhàn)果,實力雄厚的公司不斷的延伸其產品線,如某公司在給客戶提供咨詢服務的同時給予其參觀科技展的機會,這種捆綁的營銷方式,給市場帶來了巨大的沖擊。在管理咨詢行業(yè)中占據一定市場的實力雄厚的咨詢公司實施擴張策略并加大自有品牌的推廣,與此同時客戶在采購策略中,加入了招投標機制并提高了采購的規(guī)范制度,導致市場競爭空前激烈,這樣勢必要求咨詢公司通過更有戰(zhàn)略性的價格來進行競爭。本文基于上述背景,對A管理咨詢公司進行了詳細分析,分析了當前管理咨詢行業(yè)概況及內部和外部環(huán)境現狀,找出A管理咨詢公司在企業(yè)成本優(yōu)化過程中存在的問題,逐條進行分析,并針對性的提出了成本優(yōu)化策略。通過對項目成本和非項目成本的優(yōu)化,幫助A管理咨詢公司在國內市場持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As China's economy continues to develop steadily, more and more enterprises need management consulting services to support their business development. In May 8th 2015, the State Council issued "made in China 2025". Many domestic manufacturing enterprises have joined the army of industry 4.0 and digital factory construction, which is the biggest market for management consulting in China. Management consulting industry has brought broad market prospects. However, with the economic development, the management consulting industry is also developing rapidly. Now there are more than 200,000 management consulting companies competing for market share. In order to secure territory and expand their success, powerful companies continue to expand their product lines. Such as a company to provide consulting services to customers while giving them the opportunity to visit the technology show, this bundled marketing. To the market has brought a huge impact. In the management consulting industry, a strong market in the strength of consulting companies to implement expansion strategy and increase the promotion of their own brands, at the same time, customers in the procurement strategy. Joined the bidding mechanism and improved the procurement system, resulting in unprecedented fierce market competition, which is bound to require consulting companies through a more strategic price to compete. This paper based on the above background. This paper analyzes A management consulting company in detail, analyzes the current situation of management consulting industry and the current situation of internal and external environment, and finds out the problems existing in the process of cost optimization of A management consulting company. Through the optimization of project cost and non-project cost, A management consulting company can develop steadily in the domestic market.
