【摘要】：項目在當今社會中無處不在。項目管理是將管理學的相關(guān)知識有效應(yīng)用于整個項目過程中,使項目在有限的資源條件下,實現(xiàn)最初設(shè)定的目標。在當今競爭激烈的市場環(huán)境下,許多公司的未來取決于他們駕馭信息技術(shù)的能力。在金融領(lǐng)域,隨著各大銀行之間的競爭越來越激烈,僅僅實現(xiàn)日常業(yè)務(wù)處理的電子化已不能滿足銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需要,正確及時的決策是銀行生存與發(fā)展的重要保障。將項目管理引入銀行業(yè)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)項目,是現(xiàn)代金融業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,也是業(yè)務(wù)精細化發(fā)展的必然要求。應(yīng)用項目管理的體系、方法已經(jīng)成為銀行業(yè)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)項目的必然趨勢。本文選取了交通銀行江蘇省分行決策支持系統(tǒng)項目作為具體應(yīng)用案例,運用項目管理的理論知識和管理方法,從項目需求分析入手,根據(jù)項目建設(shè)目標和原則,提出系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的技術(shù)方案,并基于交通銀行江蘇省分行的現(xiàn)狀,運用十大項目管理知識領(lǐng)域,通過集成管理、范圍管理、時間管理、成本管理、質(zhì)量管理、人力資源管理、溝通管理、干系人管理、風險管理和采購管理等有效地控制了項目實施過程中的進度、成本和質(zhì)量,保證項目如期達到預(yù)期目標,取得良好的建設(shè)成果。希望為商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)用軟件開發(fā)項目的規(guī)劃與實施提供一些參考。本文綜合運用了經(jīng)濟學、管理學、計算機科學、系統(tǒng)學等相關(guān)學科理論,采用文獻調(diào)研、系統(tǒng)分析、內(nèi)容分析、理論研究與實證研究相結(jié)合等多種方法,以提高研究的科學性、準確性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Project management is to effectively apply the relevant knowledge of management to the whole process of the project and make the project under the condition of limited resources. In today's highly competitive market environment, the future of many companies depends on their ability to harness information technology. In the financial world, competition between major banks has increased. The electronic processing of daily business can not meet the needs of the development of banking business. Correct and timely decision-making is an important guarantee for the survival and development of banks. Project management will be introduced into the banking information network construction project. It is the need of the development of the modern financial industry, but also the inevitable requirement of the development of business refinement, and the application of project management system. The method has already become the inevitable trend of the banking information network construction project. This paper selects the decision support system project of Bank of Communications Jiangsu Province Branch as the concrete application case. Using the theory knowledge and management method of project management, starting from the project demand analysis, according to the project construction goal and principle, put forward the technical scheme of the system construction, and based on the current situation of Bank of Communications Jiangsu Branch. Apply the top ten areas of project management knowledge through integrated management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resources management, communication management, stakeholder management. Risk management and procurement management effectively control the progress, cost and quality of the project implementation process, to ensure that the project on schedule to achieve the desired objectives. It is hoped to provide some references for the planning and implementation of commercial bank application software development projects. This paper synthetically applies the theories of economics, management, computer science, system science and so on. In order to improve the scientific accuracy and maneuverability of the research we adopt the methods of literature research systematic analysis content analysis theoretical research and empirical research.
