【摘要】：近年來,隨著全球變暖,環(huán)境惡化,我國對(duì)清潔型的能源(地?zé)崮?的開發(fā)和利用發(fā)展加快,成效顯著,引人注目�？傮w來看,我國地?zé)崮荛_發(fā)利用的市場潛力巨大,發(fā)展前景廣闊。隨之而來的勘察企業(yè)逐漸增多,市場競爭十分激烈,但很多勘察企業(yè)受固有思想影響,在成本管理和控制方面意識(shí)落后,在根源上沒有重視勘察項(xiàng)目成本控制,使得勘察企業(yè)項(xiàng)目成本管理和成本控制問題越來越突出,直接導(dǎo)致了勘察企業(yè)成本虧損和施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度拖延。資料表明,成本虧損和施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度拖延是當(dāng)前很大一部分勘察企業(yè)面臨的問題。本論文是通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本管理理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和理解,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目成本控制理論,以小綏河地區(qū)地?zé)豳Y源勘查項(xiàng)目為例,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行事前、事中、事后的全面成本控制。首先,介紹了小綏河地區(qū)地?zé)豳Y源勘查項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀。其次,對(duì)小綏河地區(qū)地?zé)豳Y源勘查項(xiàng)目成本控制現(xiàn)狀存在的問題及其成因進(jìn)行了分析。再次,具體的給出了一些小綏河地區(qū)地?zé)豳Y源勘查項(xiàng)目成本控制的方法。最后,提出了對(duì)小綏河地區(qū)地?zé)豳Y源勘查項(xiàng)目成本控制方法的四個(gè)保障措施,組織保障、制度保障、人力保障、財(cái)務(wù)保障。勘察項(xiàng)目因?yàn)閷I(yè)性強(qiáng)、野外作業(yè)多,所以成本控制難度大。本論文旨在讓小綏河地區(qū)地?zé)豳Y源勘查項(xiàng)目成本的構(gòu)成有較系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識(shí),增強(qiáng)成本控制意識(shí),幫助項(xiàng)目管理者在勘察項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中,能夠運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的管理思維和有效的成本控制方法,使項(xiàng)目從立項(xiàng)之初就被納入完全的、全程的、全階段的成本預(yù)防和管控過程中,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目成本異常,能夠運(yùn)用有效的成本管理工具對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析、制定、控制或預(yù)防措施,希望對(duì)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施有所啟發(fā)和幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, along with global warming, environmental degradation, the clean energy in China (geothermal) is developed and used to speed up development, remarkable, conspicuous. Overall, the development and utilization of geothermal energy has tremendous market potential and broad prospects for development. The survey of enterprises gradually increased, the market competition is very fierce. But a lot of prospecting enterprises by the inherent ideological influence, backwardness in terms of cost management and control in the source did not attach importance to the project cost control survey, the project cost management and cost control problem is becoming more and more serious investigation, led directly to the investigation of enterprise cost loss and the construction project schedule delay. Data show that the cost of losses and the construction project progress the delay is a large part of prospecting enterprises are facing problems. This paper is based on the project cost management theory of knowledge and understanding, the use of project The control theory of geothermal resources exploration project in small Sui river area as an example, in advance, on the project, the overall cost control afterwards. Firstly, introduces the present situation of geothermal resources exploration project of small Sui river area. Secondly, the geothermal resources in small Sui river area exploration project cost control status of the existing problems and their causes are analyzed. Thirdly, gives some suggestions of the geothermal resources in some small Sui river area project cost control survey. Finally, put forward the exploration project cost control methods of the four safeguard measures of geothermal resources in small Sui river area, organizational security, system security, human security, financial security investigation project because of professional. Strong field operation, so the cost is difficult to control. This paper aims to make geothermal resources exploration small Sui river area of the composition of project cost more systematic knowledge, enhance the awareness of cost control, project management and help Managers in the investigation of the implementation of the project, to use project management thinking and effective cost control method, make the project from the beginning of the project is included in the total, the whole process cost, the prevention and control of all stages of the project cost, once found abnormal, can use the effective cost management tools for their analysis that formulation, control or preventive measures on the implementation of the project, hope to inspire and help.
