【摘要】：信息化的平臺和系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)中不斷的深化發(fā)展和應用,行業(yè)中出現(xiàn)了大量的信息化應用。企業(yè)信息化建設在現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展很快,但是不夠理想,特別是在信息整合方面,還存在較大的漏洞和不足。很多企業(yè)的外部網(wǎng)絡和內(nèi)部網(wǎng)絡是相隔離狀態(tài),而且外部網(wǎng)絡只能夠進行信息傳遞,這樣對于企業(yè)內(nèi)部來說,形成的只是一個信息孤島。隨著房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化水平的提高,越來越多的業(yè)務軟件在該行業(yè)中被應用,例如電子辦公軟件能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)無紙化辦公、數(shù)據(jù)信息上報、共享、提取、展現(xiàn)和同步,還有包裹協(xié)同辦公、信息發(fā)布等企業(yè)辦公需求的功能,這些繁雜的功能需要一個統(tǒng)一化的平臺集中進行處理。本系統(tǒng)依據(jù)ERP系統(tǒng)標準構架,除了實現(xiàn)企業(yè)一體化管理系統(tǒng)之外,將視頻會議系統(tǒng)以及移動辦公系統(tǒng)也納入到了系統(tǒng)之內(nèi),提高了一體化系統(tǒng)應用的廣泛性和實用性。核心系統(tǒng)采用.net系統(tǒng)平臺與SQLserver數(shù)據(jù)庫相結(jié)合來開發(fā)一體化管理系統(tǒng),采用B/S架構,由前臺web頁面和后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫組成,而移動平臺則采用流行的android平臺實現(xiàn)。房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息管理平臺中采用單點登錄,這就使得用戶在進行多個業(yè)務的時候不需要多套用戶名和密碼,簡化操作步驟,并且提高數(shù)據(jù)整合后的分析效率。企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)包含了企業(yè)人員信息管理功能,企業(yè)業(yè)務角色信息管理以及企業(yè)組織機構信息管理。系統(tǒng)在進行一定的開發(fā)和配置之后,根據(jù)不同用戶的信息為其提供個性化交互管理服務,并且能夠為不同的用戶展示相應的需求內(nèi)容。在業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)展示模塊中,用戶能夠查看重要的數(shù)據(jù)指標,查看待辦事宜,以及使用相關集團財務管理、合同管理、成本管理、OA協(xié)同管理、營銷管理、售樓管理、費用報銷和人力資源和商業(yè)分析功能。安全模塊也是系統(tǒng)所需要的重要基礎模塊,同時作為門戶管理核心的基礎組件能夠管理Portlet的共享、修改、生成、以及屬性維護。另外也實現(xiàn)了房地產(chǎn)一體化信息整合平臺門戶系統(tǒng)企業(yè)門戶的其他附帶需求。通過對房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)應用的建立,在房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)不僅發(fā)自下而上地建立數(shù)據(jù)傳輸通道,也建立了管理的信道。在每一單元內(nèi)的房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)也形成了一個數(shù)據(jù)通道。房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)系統(tǒng)集成平臺的設計和實現(xiàn)是將不同的管理業(yè)務元數(shù)據(jù)進行管理,通過各種信息渠道收集,整理,以達到同樣的一份數(shù)據(jù)只能從一個通道、一個時間受到影響。
[Abstract]:The platform and system of information technology is developing and applying in the enterprise continuously. A large number of information applications have appeared in the industry. The enterprise information construction is developing rapidly at the present stage, but it is not ideal enough. Especially in the aspect of information integration, there are still large loopholes and shortcomings. Many enterprises' external network and internal network are isolated, and the external network can only carry on the information transmission. With the improvement of the information level of real estate enterprises, more and more business software is used in this industry. For example, electronic office software can achieve paperless office, data reporting, sharing, extraction, display and synchronization, as well as parcels co-office, information release and other functions of business office requirements. These complex functions need a unified platform for centralized processing. This system is based on the standard framework of ERP system, in addition to the implementation of integrated enterprise management system. Video conferencing system and mobile office system are also included in the system. The core system adopts the combination of. Net system platform and SQLserver database to develop the integrated management system, and adopts the B / S architecture. The mobile platform is implemented by the popular android platform. The real estate enterprise information management platform uses single sign-on. This makes the user do not need multiple sets of user name and password when carrying out multiple business, so the operation steps are simplified. And improve the efficiency of analysis after data integration. Enterprise information management system includes enterprise personnel information management function. Enterprise role information management and enterprise organization information management. After a certain development and configuration, the system provides personalized interactive management services according to the information of different users. In the business data display module, users can view important data indicators, see to-do issues, and use related group financial management, contract management. Cost management OA collaborative management, marketing management, sales management, expense reimbursement and human resources and business analysis functions. At the same time, as the core of portal management, the basic components can manage the sharing, modification and generation of Portlet. And the property maintenance. In addition, it also realizes the other side requirements of the enterprise portal of the integrated information integration platform of real estate. Through the establishment of the application of the real estate enterprise. In real estate enterprises, not only the bottom-up establishment of data transmission channels. The management channel is also established. The real estate enterprises in each unit also form a data channel. The design and implementation of the real estate enterprise system integration platform is to manage different management business metadata. Through various channels of information collected, collated to achieve the same data can only be affected from one channel, a time.
