腫瘤多藥耐藥性產(chǎn)生機(jī)制及其逆轉(zhuǎn)的研究現(xiàn)狀

摘要：腫瘤嚴(yán)重威脅著人民群眾的生命健康,它的防治一直是醫(yī)學(xué)界研究的熱點(diǎn)。在腫瘤治療中,手術(shù)治療、放療、化療是最傳統(tǒng)的3種治療方案,其中化療占據(jù)著不可替代的重要地位。有些腫瘤在經(jīng)歷了最初有效化療后,仍難免復(fù)發(fā),這其中一個(gè)很重要的原因就是腫瘤細(xì)胞對(duì)化療藥物產(chǎn)生了多藥耐藥性。合理的聯(lián)合化療雖能最大限度發(fā)揮細(xì)胞毒作用,但都可因多藥耐藥(Multidrug Resistance,MDR)的出現(xiàn)而宣告失敗。因此,逆轉(zhuǎn)腫瘤多藥耐藥,提高腫瘤細(xì)胞對(duì)化療藥物的敏感性已成為腫瘤研究領(lǐng)域的一大熱點(diǎn)。本文就這腫瘤多藥耐藥機(jī)制及其逆轉(zhuǎn)的研究現(xiàn)狀做一綜述。
Tumor seriously threat to people's lives and health.It has been the hot medical research.In the treatment of cancer,surgery,radiotherapy,Chemotherapy is the most traditional of the three types of treatment programs.Chemotherapy occupy an important position.Some tumor experienced in the first effective cancer chemotherapy,but the relapse is inevitable.A reason for this is that a number of tumor cells get chemotherapeutic drug resistance.Reasonable chemotherapy are able to play a role in cytotoxic effect,but a major obstacle limiting the successful chemotherapy of tumor is the emergence of the Multi-drug Resistance.Therefore,the reversal of tumor resistance and increasing the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs has become a hot area of tumor research.This paper presents a review on the current state of research.
