在神經(jīng)學中，各種軀體感覺（包括特殊感覺器官和一般的淺、深感覺）的中樞通路都早已被人們所認識，且在很早以前即被載入教科書。但對三叉神經(jīng)領(lǐng)域本體感覺中樞通路的研究直到80年代末到90年代初，才有了突破性進展。本教研室李繼碩、王百忍等人綜合運用HRP逆行、順行和跨節(jié)追蹤技術(shù)，終于發(fā)現(xiàn)了這一通路是存在于三叉神經(jīng)中腦核（mesencephalic trigeminal nucleus, Vme）和丘腦腹后內(nèi)側(cè)核（ventral posteromedial nucleus, VPM）之間，由四級神經(jīng)元組成。即：初級傳入神經(jīng)元位于Vme、二級神經(jīng)元位于三叉神經(jīng)脊束核吻側(cè)亞核背內(nèi)側(cè)部及其鄰接的網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)（dorsomedial part of the subnucleus oralis of the spinal trigeminal nucleus and its adiacent reticular formation, Vodm-LRF）、三級神經(jīng)元位于“帶狀區(qū)”[包括：三叉上核尾外側(cè)部（caudolateral part of the suoratrigeminal nucleus, Vsup...
