目的:構(gòu)建幽門螺桿菌（Helicobacter pylori,Hp）感染C57BL/6小鼠動物模型,檢測NOD1/NF-κB信號通路在小鼠胃組織的激活情況,研究其在Hp感染引起的炎癥反應(yīng)中的作用。方法:6⁸周齡C57BL/6小鼠隨機(jī)分為對照組和不同濃度Hp感染組。每48 h分別以PBS和Hp灌胃1次,共5次。并以不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)處死小鼠,HE染色法鑒定感染小鼠胃組織炎癥程度的變化;RT-PCR檢測小鼠胃組織中NOD1、RIP2的表達(dá)情況;ELISA檢測血清中β干擾素（IFN-β）和趨化因子10（IP-10）的濃度;Western blot檢測胃組織中p65的核轉(zhuǎn)位情況。結(jié)果:與對照組相比,Hp感染后胃組織腺體減少、萎縮,肌層間質(zhì)有炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤;血清中IP-10和IFN-β含量均有一定程度的增高,16周達(dá)到高峰;胃組織中NOD1 mRNA表達(dá)水平以及細(xì)胞核中p65含量在24¹20 h時(shí)間段均顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）,48 h后達(dá)到峰值,隨后下降;RIP2 mRNA 48 h達(dá)到高峰,72 h后開始下降,但120 h時(shí)表達(dá)量又會升高。結(jié)論:...
