女性生殖器官惡性腫瘤血瘀型患者的人格學(xué)特征分析

【摘要】： 第一部分女性生殖器官惡性腫瘤血瘀型患者的人格學(xué)特征分析 惡性腫瘤是導(dǎo)致人類死亡的主要疾病,其發(fā)病率呈持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。僅在2000年,全球新診斷為癌癥的患者總數(shù)超過1 000萬。婦科惡性腫瘤是嚴(yán)重危及婦女健康的疾病,由于女性在社會(huì)中所扮演的多種角色,尤其是40～44歲間的女性,面臨著家庭、社會(huì)、職業(yè)、身體、年齡的多方面壓力,而且這些腫瘤發(fā)生于女性特有的生殖器官,其心理問題尤為嚴(yán)重,可能存在惡性腫瘤患者共有的身心問題和特殊的心理障礙。 中醫(yī)臨床除了強(qiáng)調(diào)辨證論治的基本原則之外,還非常重視“因人、因時(shí)、因地制宜”,將不同患者的“個(gè)體差異”,即體質(zhì)提高到了很重要的地位。體質(zhì)因素影響著疾病的發(fā)生與發(fā)展,以及證候的轉(zhuǎn)歸和疾病的預(yù)后。人格特征作為體質(zhì)學(xué)的重要組成部分,在惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中起著重要作用,劇烈的精神刺激即七情的劇烈變化,導(dǎo)致生理建構(gòu)功能異常的劇烈變化,導(dǎo)致臟腑功能劇烈變化。 因此應(yīng)在注意生物學(xué)因素的同時(shí),也應(yīng)注意生活事件、情緒、個(gè)性因素、飲食和生活習(xí)慣等心理社會(huì)因素對(duì)惡性腫瘤疾病發(fā)生的影響,真正將其作為一種心身疾病,這對(duì)惡性腫瘤的預(yù)防是大有裨益的。 研究目的探討人格特征與女性生殖器惡性腫瘤發(fā)病的相關(guān)性,探尋“體質(zhì)(之人格特征)與證”之間的相關(guān)性。 研究方法采用成組病例對(duì)照和相關(guān)性分析的方法,對(duì)女性生殖器官惡性腫瘤血瘀型患者的人格特征進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查研究。 研究結(jié)果血瘀證可能是女性生殖器官惡性腫瘤常見的病理證型;女性生殖器官惡性腫瘤血瘀型患者的人格特征可能為焦慮、緊張、擔(dān)憂、郁郁不樂、憂心忡忡;情緒起伏較大,遇到刺激,易有強(qiáng)烈的情緒反應(yīng),甚至可能出現(xiàn)不理智的行為傾向。 研究結(jié)論具有焦慮、緊張、擔(dān)憂、郁郁不樂、憂心忡忡;情緒起伏較大,遇到刺激,易有強(qiáng)烈的情緒反應(yīng),甚至可能出現(xiàn)不夠理智的行為傾向的個(gè)性特征,及內(nèi)向型性格,在各種生活事件中易焦慮的女性可能易罹患生殖器官血瘀型惡性腫瘤。
[Abstract]:The first part is the analysis of the personality characteristics of patients with blood stasis type of malignant tumors of female reproductive organs. Malignant tumors are the main diseases leading to human death, and the incidence of malignant tumors shows a continuous increasing trend. In 2000 alone, the total number of newly diagnosed cancer patients worldwide exceeded 10 million. Gynecological malignant tumors are diseases that seriously endanger women's health. Because of the various roles played by women in society, especially women between the ages of 40 and 44, they are facing various pressures from the family, society, occupation, body and age. Moreover, these tumors occur in female-specific reproductive organs, and their psychological problems are particularly serious. There may be common physical and mental problems and special psychological disorders in patients with malignant tumors. In addition to emphasizing the basic principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment, TCM clinic also attaches great importance to "human, time, local conditions", which improves the "individual difference" of different patients, that is, physique to a very important position. Physical factors affect the occurrence and development of the disease, as well as the outcome of syndromes and the prognosis of the disease. Personality characteristics, as an important part of physiology, play an important role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. Severe mental stimuli, that is, the dramatic changes of seven emotions, lead to dramatic changes in physiological construction function. Resulting in dramatic changes in the function of the Zang-fu organs. Therefore, we should not only pay attention to biological factors, but also pay attention to the influence of life events, emotion, personality factors, diet and living habits on the occurrence of malignant tumor diseases, and really regard them as a psychosomatic disease. This is of great benefit to the prevention of malignant tumors. Objective to explore the correlation between personality characteristics and the incidence of female genitalia malignant tumors, and to explore the correlation between physique (personality characteristics) and syndrome. Methods the personality characteristics of patients with blood stasis type of malignant tumors of female reproductive organs were investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that blood stasis syndrome may be a common pathological syndrome type of female reproductive organ malignant tumor, and the personality characteristics of female reproductive organ malignant tumor patients with blood stasis type may be anxiety, tension, worry, depression and anxiety. Emotional ups and downs, encounter stimulation, easy to have a strong emotional response, and may even appear irrational behavior tendency. The conclusions of the study are anxiety, tension, worry, depression and worry.
