2種高尿酸血癥及相關并發(fā)癥動物模型的建立與比較研究

【摘要】:目的采用飲食誘導法分別建立鵪鶉及大鼠高尿酸血癥模型,觀察模型的發(fā)病過程,比較2種模型的病理特征。方法 20只雄性迪法克鵪鶉隨機分為正常組鵪鶉、模型組鵪鶉,正常組給予普通鵪鶉飼料,模型組鵪鶉給予高嘌呤飼料;20只雄性SD大鼠隨機分為正常組大鼠、模型組大鼠,正常組大鼠給予普通大鼠飼料,模型組大鼠給予高果糖飼料:檢測各組動物的血清尿酸、三酰甘油、血糖水平及相關代謝酶活性。結果各組動物體質(zhì)量呈自然增長趨勢。模型組鵪鶉血清尿酸水平顯著升高,造模后期血清三酰甘油水平顯著升高(P0.05),血清黃嘌呤氧化酶活性顯著升高(P0.05)。模型組大鼠血清三酰甘油水平顯著升高,造模后期血清尿酸水平顯著升高(P0.05)。結論高嘌呤及高果糖飼料可成功建立高尿酸血癥并高甘油三酯血癥動物模型。鵪鶉及大鼠高尿酸并高甘油三酯血癥模型的病理表現(xiàn)及相關代謝酶變化不盡相同,可根據(jù)研究需要選擇動物模型。
[Abstract]:Aim to establish the hyperuricemia model of quail and rat by diet induction method, observe the pathogenesis of the model and compare the pathological characteristics of the two models. Methods Twenty male diflac quails were randomly divided into normal group, model group, normal group and model group. The quails in the model group were fed with high purine diet. The quails in the model group were fed with high purine diet. Twenty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, normal group and high fructose diet. Blood glucose level and related metabolic enzyme activity. Results the mass of animals and objects in each group showed a natural increasing trend. In the model group, the serum uric acid level was significantly increased, the serum triacylglycerol level was significantly increased (P0.05), and the serum xanthine oxidase activity was significantly increased in the model group (P0.05). The levels of serum triacylglycerol and uric acid in model group were significantly higher than those in model group (P0.05). Conclusion the animal model of hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia can be successfully established with high purine and high fructose diet. The pathological manifestations and metabolic enzymes changes of quail and rat models of hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia are different. Animal models can be selected according to the needs of the study.
