中國流行的狂犬病病毒時(shí)空進(jìn)化分析

【摘要】:本研究對1931~2009年間分離于中國20個(gè)省區(qū)的167株狂犬病病毒的N基因序列進(jìn)行進(jìn)化分析,以探討中國狂犬病病毒株的基因分型和分組情況、時(shí)間和空間的動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)化。結(jié)果顯示:從中國分離的毒株都屬于基因1型狂犬病病毒,可以分為2個(gè)進(jìn)化分支共計(jì)8個(gè)組,分支Ⅰ包括1~4組,分支Ⅱ包括5~8組;選擇壓力分析表明中國狂犬病病毒處于較強(qiáng)的凈化選擇約束下,狂犬病病毒N基因中的核苷酸突變主要是同義突變;運(yùn)用貝葉斯中的馬爾科夫鏈的蒙特卡洛方法估計(jì)中國狂犬病病毒N基因核苷酸的平均堿基替代率為4×10-4替代/位點(diǎn)/年,共同祖先出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間不超過2000年前;遷移分析表明中國狂犬病病毒株存在跨地域傳播。
[Abstract]:In this study, the N gene sequences of 167 rabies virus strains isolated from 20 provinces and regions of China from 1931 to 2009 were analyzed in order to explore the dynamic evolution of genotyping and grouping, time and space of rabies virus strains in China.
