【摘要】： 目的：描述青島市成人雙生子血糖(空腹和OGTT后2小時(shí)血糖)、血壓(收縮壓、舒張壓)、血脂(總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、甘油三酯)相關(guān)指標(biāo)的水平,并探討遺傳和環(huán)境因素對(duì)這些指標(biāo)的影響程度。 方法：從青島市雙生子登記系統(tǒng)中選擇18歲以上健康成人雙生子,用自動(dòng)生化分析儀檢測(cè)其空腹血清血糖、2小時(shí)后血糖、總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、甘油三酯的濃度,血壓通過(guò)袖帶加壓汞柱式血壓計(jì)測(cè)量。采用美國(guó)ABI公司的AmpFLSTRIdentifiler試劑盒分析雙生子卵性,Mx軟件擬合單變量遺傳模型ACE,調(diào)整性別和年齡,分析這些指標(biāo)的遺傳度。 結(jié)果：316對(duì)雙生子符合本研究要求,其中同卵雙生子組178對(duì),異卵雙生子組138對(duì)。所有雙生子的平均年齡為(41.5±10.4)歲,收縮壓、舒張壓均值為(121±20.3)、(80±14.0) mmHg,空腹血糖、2h血糖、血清總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、甘油三酯均值為(5.40±1.30)、(6.6±2.50)、(4.52±1.06)、(1.43±0.37)、(2.57±0.76)、(1.13±0.75)mmol/L。調(diào)整性別和年齡后,Mx擬合空腹血糖的最佳模型為ACE模型,甘油三酯為CE模型,其他相關(guān)指標(biāo)的最適模型均為AE模型,空腹血糖、2h血糖、收縮壓、舒張壓、總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、甘油三酯的遺傳度分別為39%、56%、62%、57%、58%、62%、63%、0。 結(jié)論：遺傳因素對(duì)青島地區(qū)雙生子人群的空腹血糖、2h血糖、收縮壓、舒張壓、總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇等指標(biāo)有影響,而對(duì)血清甘油三酯水平無(wú)影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to describe the blood glucose (fasting and 2 hours after OGTT), blood pressure (systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure), blood lipid (total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol) in adult twins in Qingdao. The level of triglyceride) related indexes and the influence of genetic and environmental factors on these indexes were investigated. Methods: the twins of healthy adults over 18 years old were selected from the twin registration system in Qingdao. The fasting serum glucose, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride concentrations, and blood pressure were measured by a cuff pressurized mercury sphygmomanometer. ABI's AmpFLSTRIdentifiler kit was used to analyze the ovidity of twins, and Mx software fitted the univariate genetic model ACE, to adjust sex and age to analyze the heritability of these indexes. Results: 316 pairs of twins met the requirements of this study, including 178 pairs of identical twins and 138 pairs of heterozygotic twins. The mean age of all twins was (41.5 鹵10.4) years old. The mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were (121 鹵20.3), (80 鹵14.0) mmHg, fasting blood glucose, 2h blood glucose, serum total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol. The mean value of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was (5.40 鹵1.30), (6.6 鹵2.50), (4.52 鹵1.06), (1.43 鹵0.37), (2.57 鹵0.76), (1.13 鹵0.75 mmol/L.). After adjusting for gender and age, the best model for Mx to fit fasting blood glucose was ACE model, triglyceride model was CE model, the best model for other related indexes was AE model, fasting blood glucose, 2 h blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol. The heritability of high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglyceride were 39, 56 and 62, 57 and 58, respectively. Conclusion: genetic factors have influence on fasting blood glucose, 2 h blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and so on. There was no effect on serum triglyceride level.
