【摘要】:正哺乳動物睪丸生精小管的精子發(fā)生是一個復(fù)雜的生物學(xué)過程,涉及到細(xì)胞增殖、分化和凋亡之間的微妙平衡。在大多數(shù)哺乳動物中,陰囊睪丸溫度低于體溫平均2-7℃,并且生精過程所需要的血氧供應(yīng)有別于身體的其他部位~([1])。盡管睪丸局部環(huán)境穩(wěn)定,但是一些疾病,例如精索靜脈曲張、睪丸扭轉(zhuǎn)、糖尿病等可導(dǎo)致睪丸微循環(huán)發(fā)生障礙,這也就可能對生精細(xì)胞的功能造成不良影響~([2])。睪丸微循環(huán)障礙所致疾病在臨床上并不少見。微循環(huán)的概念提出較早,針對睪丸微循環(huán)的研究也開展較早,但由于微循環(huán)解剖結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性以及研究技
