【摘要】：正假體周圍關(guān)節(jié)感染(periprosthetic joint infection,PJI)是人工關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后最嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥之一,導(dǎo)致災(zāi)難性的臨床后果。近年來,盡管加強了術(shù)中無菌技術(shù)和預(yù)防性抗生素的應(yīng)用,但感染率在初次關(guān)節(jié)置換中仍有0.5%~1.2%,而翻修中約為3%~5%[1]。對于多數(shù)假體感染的患者而言,都要接受再次手術(shù),忍受灌洗、清創(chuàng)、移除假體甚至截肢的巨大痛苦;對醫(yī)院而言,感染病例的花費約是未感染病例的五
[Abstract]:Positive periprosthetic joint infection (periprosthetic joint infection,PJI) is one of the most serious complications after artificial joint replacement, leading to catastrophic clinical consequences. In recent years, although the use of intraoperative aseptic techniques and prophylactic antibiotics has been strengthened, the infection rate is still 0.5% in primary arthroplasty, and about 35% in revision. For most patients with prosthetic infections, the cost of reoperation, irrigation, debridement, removal of prosthesis and even amputation is about five times as high as that of uninfected patients.
