【摘要】：干細(xì)胞研究已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今生命科學(xué)的前沿和熱點(diǎn)�；诟杉�(xì)胞修復(fù)與再生能力的再生醫(yī)學(xué),有望解決人類(lèi)面臨的重大醫(yī)學(xué)難題,幫助人類(lèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)修復(fù)創(chuàng)傷和病理組織、治愈終末期疾病的夢(mèng)想,引發(fā)繼藥物和手術(shù)之后的新一輪波瀾壯闊的醫(yī)療技術(shù)革命。文章分析了干細(xì)胞研究領(lǐng)域的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略需求,概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外干細(xì)胞與再生醫(yī)學(xué)研究的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)介紹了中科院"干細(xì)胞與再生醫(yī)學(xué)研究"戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專(zhuān)項(xiàng)的實(shí)施進(jìn)展情況,并為我國(guó)干細(xì)胞研究領(lǐng)域的健康發(fā)展提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Stem cell research has become the frontier and hot spot of life science. Regenerative medicine, based on the ability of stem cell repair and regeneration, is expected to solve the major medical problems facing humans and help them realize their dreams of repairing trauma and pathological tissue and curing end-stage diseases. The new revolution in medical technology was triggered after medicine and surgery. In this paper, the national strategic demand in stem cell research is analyzed, and the development status of stem cell and regenerative medicine at home and abroad is summarized. At the same time, this paper introduces the progress of the strategic leading science and technology project of stem cell and regenerative medicine research in Chinese Academy of Sciences, and puts forward some suggestions for the healthy development of stem cell research field in China.
