【摘要】：干細胞研究已經成為當今生命科學的前沿和熱點�；诟杉毎迯团c再生能力的再生醫(yī)學,有望解決人類面臨的重大醫(yī)學難題,幫助人類實現(xiàn)修復創(chuàng)傷和病理組織、治愈終末期疾病的夢想,引發(fā)繼藥物和手術之后的新一輪波瀾壯闊的醫(yī)療技術革命。文章分析了干細胞研究領域的國家戰(zhàn)略需求,概述了國內外干細胞與再生醫(yī)學研究的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,同時介紹了中科院"干細胞與再生醫(yī)學研究"戰(zhàn)略性先導科技專項的實施進展情況,并為我國干細胞研究領域的健康發(fā)展提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Stem cell research has become the frontier and hot spot of life science. Regenerative medicine, based on the ability of stem cell repair and regeneration, is expected to solve the major medical problems facing humans and help them realize their dreams of repairing trauma and pathological tissue and curing end-stage diseases. The new revolution in medical technology was triggered after medicine and surgery. In this paper, the national strategic demand in stem cell research is analyzed, and the development status of stem cell and regenerative medicine at home and abroad is summarized. At the same time, this paper introduces the progress of the strategic leading science and technology project of stem cell and regenerative medicine research in Chinese Academy of Sciences, and puts forward some suggestions for the healthy development of stem cell research field in China.
