針對(duì)H1N1的miRNA靶基因預(yù)測(cè)算法研究
[Abstract]:At present, people pay much attention to the biological function of microRNA (miRNA). However, one of the keys to study the biological function of miRNA lies in the identification of target genes of miRNA. Nowadays, the identification of miRNA target genes mainly depends on two methods. The biological method is mainly to use immunoprecipitation to find the mRNAs that interact with AGO protein, or to find miRNA target gene by studying the changes of mRNA level and protein level regulated by miRNA. However, based on the interaction between miRNA and its target genes, the conserved nature of miRNAs and target genes, the conservatism of target gene species and the energy of miRNA and target dimer, the software is designed and implemented by the method of bioinformatics. Due to the outbreak of influenza A virus in 2009, researchers have found that influenza virus is a growing threat to human health. Based on past studies, we know that part of the miRNA in the human body regulates the genes of the virus, which can inhibit the virus. It is suggested that we should study the miRNA sequence of human influenza virus and the target of inhibiting the replication and increment of influenza virus, which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of influenza virus. Based on the study of influenza virus and miRNA, this paper compares and analyzes some important target gene prediction software in recent years with influenza virus gene sequence, and evaluates the standard by using the widely used prediction software in bioinformatics research. The advantages and disadvantages of the prediction algorithm are summarized, and the reference data are provided for the future research of the new algorithm.
