【摘要】： 變態(tài)心理學(xué)(Abnormal Psychology)是應(yīng)用心理學(xué)的一個重要分支,當(dāng)前學(xué)者普遍認為它主要研究人的異常心理,所以又可稱其為心理障礙、變態(tài)行為、行為障礙等。對變態(tài)心理深入地研究無疑是邁向理解健康心理以及付諸有效治療最重要的一步。本文從中國傳統(tǒng)文化中去著手研究變態(tài)心理學(xué)的思想,首先對現(xiàn)有的變態(tài)心理及行為的界定存在的問題提出了質(zhì)疑并針對以往定義的不足對變態(tài)心理的含義進行了新的界定,把變態(tài)心理分為兩個子系統(tǒng):個體變態(tài)心理和群體變態(tài)心理。對個體變態(tài)心理與群體變態(tài)心理再進行具體分類,認為個體變態(tài)心理包含了在知、情、意、行等某一方面表現(xiàn)出異常的變態(tài)心理和綜合各方面表現(xiàn)出的程度更為嚴重的變態(tài)心理;群體變態(tài)心理則包括了變態(tài)的群體人格和變態(tài)的社會風(fēng)俗兩個方面。在對傳統(tǒng)變態(tài)心理進行分類的基礎(chǔ)上,進而具體研究傳統(tǒng)變態(tài)心理的特點及以古代變態(tài)心理治療的方法進行了系統(tǒng)探討,重點放在了針對個體變態(tài)心理治療的中醫(yī)療法和針對群體變態(tài)心理治療的儒家療法、道家療法。文章最后還對本研究的現(xiàn)當(dāng)代意義進行了簡要地論述,以期表現(xiàn)出本文研究的主旨并非“為古而古”,更重要的是對當(dāng)代中國人的變態(tài)心理與行為研究具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Metamorphosis psychology (Abnormal Psychology) is an important branch of applied psychology. At present, it is generally considered by scholars that it is mainly concerned with abnormal psychology, so it can be called psychological disorder, abnormal behavior, behavioral disorder and so on. An in-depth study of abnormal psychology is undoubtedly the most important step towards understanding healthy psychology and putting it into effective treatment. In this paper, we study the idea of abnormal psychology from the traditional Chinese culture. First of all, we question the existing problems in the definition of abnormal psychology and behavior, and give a new definition of the meaning of abnormal psychology in view of the shortcomings of the previous definitions. The abnormal psychology is divided into two subsystems: individual abnormal psychology and group abnormal psychology. The specific classification of individual abnormal psychology and group abnormal psychology is that individual abnormal psychology contains knowledge, feeling and meaning. On the other hand, abnormal psychology and more serious abnormal psychology are shown in some aspects, while group metamorphosis includes abnormal group personality and abnormal social customs. On the basis of the classification of the traditional abnormal psychology, the characteristics of the traditional abnormal psychology and the methods of ancient metamorphosis psychotherapy were studied systematically. Emphasis is placed on traditional Chinese medicine therapy for individual metamorphosis and Confucian therapy for group metamorphosis, Taoist therapy. In the end, the paper briefly discusses the significance of the present and contemporary research, in order to show that the main purpose of this study is not to "go back to ancient times", but more importantly to study the abnormal psychology and behavior of contemporary Chinese people.
