護理大專男生心理健康狀況及其相關(guān)因素的研究

【摘要】: 研究目的 本研究通過分析護理大專男生的心理健康狀況、人格狀況、應(yīng)對方式和社會支持的特點,探討心理健康與人格狀況、應(yīng)對方式和社會支持的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,為護理專業(yè)男生的心理咨詢工作和管理工作提供理論依據(jù)和基本的參考數(shù)據(jù)。 程序和方法 以67名安徽醫(yī)學(xué)高等?茖W(xué)校一、二、三年級男生作為調(diào)查對象。以教學(xué)班為單位,統(tǒng)一發(fā)放癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格問卷(EPQ)、應(yīng)對方式問卷(CSQ)、領(lǐng)悟社會支持量表(PSSS),實施統(tǒng)一指導(dǎo)語,進行問卷調(diào)查,當(dāng)場回收問卷。對以上四個問卷進行分析、比較、處理,測試結(jié)果運用SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析。 結(jié)果 1護理大專男生SCL-90各因子中,除強迫癥狀因子外分值均低于全國大學(xué)生常模水平,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);與全國成人常模比較,護理大專男生強迫癥狀因子與精神病性因子分值高于全國成人常模,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。 2不同年級護理大專男生的心理健康狀況比較中,低年級學(xué)生的強迫癥狀、人際敏感、焦慮的因子分高于高年級學(xué)生,存在顯著性差異。在不同生源地、是否獨生子的心理健康狀況比較中,均沒有明顯差異。 3不同年級護理大專男生的艾森克人格比較中,精神質(zhì)維度(P)分值低年級男生低于高年級男生的分值,存在顯著性差異。在不同生源地、是否獨生子的艾森克人格問卷各量表比較中,均沒有明顯差異。 4護理專業(yè)大專男生在應(yīng)激狀態(tài)下更多選擇解決問題、求助和幻想的方式來應(yīng)對挫折。在不同年級、不同生源地、是否獨生子的應(yīng)對方式比較中,均沒有明顯差異。 5護理專業(yè)大專男生的領(lǐng)悟社會支持總體情況是良好的。獲得支持的順序依次是:朋友支持、家庭支持、其他支持。在不同年級、不同生源地、是否獨生子的領(lǐng)悟社會支持比較中,均沒有明顯差異。 6護理專業(yè)大專男生心理健康狀況與人格狀況、應(yīng)對方式、領(lǐng)悟社會支持三者關(guān)系密切。SCL—90各癥狀因子與N量表呈極顯著性正性相關(guān),強迫癥狀、抑郁、敵對與自責(zé)、幻想(不成熟的應(yīng)對方式)呈極顯著性正性相關(guān),軀體化、偏執(zhí)與家庭支持、社會支持呈極顯著性負性相關(guān)。 結(jié)論 1護理大專男生的心理健康狀況除強迫癥狀外,總體好于全國大學(xué)生總體狀況。我們?nèi)匀恍枰o予重視。 2積極的應(yīng)對方式、較好的社會支持有利于護理大專男生的心理健康水平的提高; 3建議在學(xué)校教育中:通過開展創(chuàng)新教育、心理咨詢與教育、營造良好的校園氛圍等途徑來進一步完善學(xué)生的人格,提高大學(xué)生心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between mental health and personality status, coping style and social support by analyzing the mental health status, personality status, coping style and social support of male nursing college students. To provide theoretical basis and basic reference data for psychological counseling and management of nursing professional male students. Methods 67 male students in grade 1, 2 and 3 of Anhui Medical College were investigated. The SCL-90 Eysenck Personality questionnaire (EPQ) the coping style questionnaire (CSQ) the perceived Social support scale (PSSS) the implementation of the unified guidance language the questionnaire were carried out and the questionnaire was collected on the spot. The above four questionnaires were analyzed, compared, processed, and the results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results (1) the score of SCL-90 in male nursing college students was lower than that of the national norm (P < 0.05), and the score of SCL-90 was lower than that of the national norm (P < 0.05), and the score of SCL-90 was significantly lower than that of the national adult norm (P < 0.05). The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptom factor and psychotic factor of nursing junior college male students were higher than that of national adult norm (P < 0.05). The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety of junior students were higher than those of senior students, and there were significant differences. There was no significant difference in the mental health status of the only child in different places. 3 in the Eysenck personality comparison of the male nursing junior college students of different grades, The scores of mental quality dimension (P) in the lower grade boys were lower than those in the higher grade boys, and there was significant difference between them. There was no significant difference among Eysenck personality questionnaire scales in different places. 4. Nursing junior college students were more likely to choose to solve problems under stress. Turn for help and fantasy ways to cope with setbacks. There was no significant difference in coping styles between students in different grades and different places. 5 the overall situation of perceived social support of nursing college students was good. The order in which support is obtained is: friend support, family support, and other support. There was no significant difference in perceived social support between students from different grades and different places of origin. 6 Mental health status, personality status and coping style of junior college nursing students were not significantly different. There was a significant positive correlation between symptom factors of SCL-90 and N scale, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, hostility and self-reproach, fantasy (immature coping style), and somatization. Paranoia was negatively correlated with family support and social support. Conclusion 1 the mental health status of male nursing college students was better than that of college students in China except obsessive-compulsive symptoms. We still need to pay attention to. 2 positive responses, Better social support is beneficial to the improvement of the mental health level of male nursing students. 3 it is suggested that in school education: through the development of innovative education, psychological counseling and education, To build a good campus atmosphere to further improve the personality of students, improve the level of mental health of college students.
