【摘要】:卵母細(xì)胞質(zhì)量是直接影響反復(fù)種植失敗和反復(fù)流產(chǎn)患者妊娠結(jié)局的主要因素,這類患者若要獲得成功妊娠,關(guān)鍵在于改善卵母細(xì)胞質(zhì)量。卵母細(xì)胞質(zhì)量主要與高齡、超排卵、免疫、代謝、遺傳等因素相關(guān),其中,卵母細(xì)胞線粒體在卵母細(xì)胞減數(shù)分裂和胞漿成熟的作用尤其受到關(guān)注。改善卵母細(xì)胞質(zhì)量主要通過增加線粒體數(shù)量和改善線粒體功能,近年來發(fā)展的自體生殖系干細(xì)胞線粒體移植以及卵巢組織體外激活為臨床實(shí)踐和研究提供了新方向。
[Abstract]:The quality of oocytes is the main factor that directly affects the pregnancy outcome of patients with repeated implantation failure and repeated abortion. If these patients want to obtain successful pregnancy, the key is to improve the quality of oocytes. The quality of oocytes is mainly related to aging, superovulation, immunity, metabolism and heredity, among which the role of oocyte mitochondria in oocyte meiosis and cytoplasmic maturation is of particular concern. Improving the quality of oocytes mainly by increasing the number of mitochondria and improving the function of mitochondria. In recent years, mitochondrial transplantation of autologous reproductive stem cells and activation of ovarian tissue in vitro provide a new direction for clinical practice and research.
