中醫(yī)脈診實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)模型的建立與評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:脈診是最具中醫(yī)特色的征象,在中醫(yī)診斷學(xué)中具有重要的作用。中醫(yī)有四診,即:望、聞、問、切,其中脈診就是切診。在教學(xué)中主要以師承法臨證為核心。在脈診實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)模型建立中通過人工模型、動(dòng)物模型、人體模型教學(xué)模型對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)人工模型穩(wěn)定性較強(qiáng),但真實(shí)指感不強(qiáng)。對(duì)此,筆者根據(jù)多年教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),就中醫(yī)脈診實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)模型的建立與評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要分析。
[Abstract]:Pulse diagnosis is the most characteristic sign of TCM and plays an important role in TCM diagnostics. Chinese medicine has four diagnoses, namely: look, smell, ask, cut, among them pulse diagnosis is cut diagnosis. In the teaching, the core is to accept the law of the teacher. Through the comparison of artificial model, animal model and human model teaching model, it is found that the artificial model is stable, but the true finger feeling is not strong. According to the teaching experience of many years, the author makes a brief analysis on the establishment and evaluation of experimental teaching model of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
